My furnace ran all night and only got the temperature up 2 degrees. Tony's is my go to. And once again they got the job done. Found the problem. Got heat going but also found a small crack in the heat exchanger. Gave me a quote for replacement and parts ordered. Josh and David did a great job. Professional, quick, explained everything completely. Trust these guys!!!! They are my go to.

Tony, Scott, Dale, Adam, and John made the experience of replacing our Geothermal Furnace very easy! The communication from everyone was exceptional. The installation was organized, clean and friendly. My children and I also felt very safe while the four men were at our home for two days! Thank you Tony's Heating and Cooling for making this huge investment worth every penny!

They got my furnace back up and running before the really cold weather set in. In the process they identified the root problem and corrected and didn't just change parts.

Adam and his crew recently installed a furnace / ductwork / vents in my hardwood floor and can’t express how much I appreciate them! All very nice and polite gentlemen, continuously working hard to install in a timely manner. Let alone an older cottage with crawlspace that wasn’t the best conditions to be working with. I had no idea what was the best scenario for my smaller home but Adam walked me through everything (even with my stupid questions), very knowledgeable about different options / scenarios. Also was very responsive to my texts / phone calls. Cleaned up there mess after every visit and made sure everything was in working order. Was very comfortable with them in my home and would 100% recommend them! Thank you again! 😊

I tried this company based on a recommendation from Nextdoor. And I'm glad that I did. Josh (the employee who came to my home) was knowledgeable as well as helpful. He provided recommendations so I know what to watch for in the future. If I need maintenance/service with my geothermal unit again, I will call Tony's Heating and Cooling.

Our recent experience with Tony’s Heating and Cooling was a positive one. From the initial office call with Dawn, the quoting process with Scott, to the final clean up with the installation crew, Dale, Adam and Rob, it went smoothly and professionally. We knew that this install was not going to be just a remove and replace. It had special issues that had us concerned, but after speaking to Dale, I felt we were in good hands. As it turns out, we were. This crew went the extra mile to complete this project in a timely, professional manner. We are extremely happy with the end result. The office filing the warranty and rebate paperwork was an added bonus. Thank You Tony’s for a job well done!

HANDS DOWN GREAT PEOPLE WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I rent my home so when our broiler furnace finally died in April my landlord of course wanted as many quotes as possible when you have to spend 10k+ on something you most definitely do your own homework . Well Tony's wasn't the cheapest but to me they cared more about the quality and that to me is more important then cost. Hands down Tony's services men were always respectful and trustworthy. I've never allowed someone in my home and trusted enough to leave them and go to work. John and Pete are amazing men. They not only took pride in their work but they worked as a team. They also knew I worked midnights. So not only did they care about their job getting done but also tried to make sure they didn't wake me up. Great people

We called Tony’s Heating and Cooling because our furnace wasn’t working properly. Evan came out quickly repaired the furnace. He did a great job, let us know we were not using the best filter for our furnace and replaced the other faulty parts. He didn’t pressure us into purchasing a new furnace as ours was 20 years old, but did let us know it was probably in our future. Because of this we trusted Evan and we will call Tony’s in the spring to see about a new furnace and air conditioner. Thanks for a great job Evan. Thanks.

We called other companies and they told us it was going to be at least almost a three week wait just for them to come out and look at our AC unit that went out. We called Tony's and they came out within hours. Our service tech Evan was amazing, he was friendly, respectful, responsive, informative and very professional, we talked like we knew each other for years and we had just met. I would recommend Evan and Tony's. I am in customer service myself and their service was amazing, they are my heating and cooling company now. Great customer service from start to finish. Air conditioner let me down on Saturday. Called Tony's Monday morning, knowing that after a hot hot weekend they would be busy. Kristen (?) called me back and said they were booked for Monday but could be here Tuesday.
Josh was here by noon and fixed it right up. He told me what was going on and what he was doing the whole time. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough service.

Update: Adam at Tony's contacted me and backed up their work. He acknowledged that mistakes were made and rectified the situation completely.

I dislike giving a bad review, but I don't really have a choice. Tony's did come out and service my furnace (which stopped working) within a couple days of contacting them. (My regular company could not come out in a decent amount of time, hence my call to Tony's. That is the only reason I am giving them one star.) My low pressure switch failed. The repair was supposedly made and my furnace was running; however, I knew it still didn't sound right. Within a few days of that repair, the sounds I had heard before returned and I called but was dismissed and they said the codes were normal. Thirty-four days later my regular company came out for my normal furnace yearly check up. It didn't take long for them to determine that while my furnace was running, it was not fixed properly. The same original error code was being sent. The wrong sized pressure switch was put in by Tony's and the hose was purposely not attached to allow for the furnace to still fire up, which would account for the continuous sounds I was hearing. This was basically a patch-job. There was another issue - a blockage. While I realize Tony's was not as familiar with my unit, they could have told me they couldn't service it before I hired them.

I also found out that my furnace was still under parts and labor warranty, which I did not know. However, that could have been determined by Tony's as well. They assumed it was out of warranty, but I assume it is the job of a heating and repair company to do what is in the best-interest of the customer. I called and Tony's is not going to even try to reimburse me for the incorrect part that would have been covered by warranty. (I still have the wrong part that I can return to them.) While I realize labor costs are labor costs, the job was not done correctly and Tony is not doing anything to rectify the situation. Only thirty-four days later and they are not standing by their work. This was extremely interesting and disappointing on many levels.

Ok service, but didn’t have my part on hand and had to come back a few days later with it. Hefty amount of up charging. Left feeling like my lunch money was stolen.

Very professional, very accommodating with my schedule and technicians Josh and Dave were friendly and found the best way to get my heat working again in my budget. I'll be using this service in the future for sure!

I had a small gas leak this morning. Semco came out and said I needed a few things fixed before they would turn my gas back on. Tony’s was so quick. Josh arrived within the hour and got right to work, completely fixing the issue. Super fast and knowledgeable!! Thanks Josh!!!

Dale & Peter did a great job installing our new boiler system. We are happy to have our new system up and running. It looks nice too. They answered all our questions. They were very respectful of our home. I work night shift, was home when they arrived, and was able to sleep while they worked. Thank you again Dale & Peter for a job well done.
