They were initially very responsive and provided a quote over the phone, but when they showed up they couldn’t do the job. They said they would reschedule an appointment to do the job as soon as possible but didn’t get back to me. When I contacted them again they said that someone from their “partner company” would contact me to do the job. I’m pretty sure they just put my information into Angie’s list (with the wrong name), as I got an email from Angie’s list for quotes.

Titanium Tree cutting came in an emergency immediately and provided excellent service. They treated our emergency like it was their emergency.

A tree fell onto my house and property during a recent wind storm. Titanium was the only company that responded promptly to my calls for tree removal services. Titanium customer service was patient and demonstrated a continuing willingness to serve me even after I had to postpone the tree removal.

Titanium removed a very large branch that fell off one tree and landed in another. The branch was nearly touching utility wires and would have torn them down if it shifted position just slightly. Titanium removed the branch the same and took it away. Leon did the work very quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much!

From the first phone call Leon was absolutely professional! When he came out to my house to look at trees he had the same professionalism, he explained how they would drop the trees. I was nervous about having my trees cut down but him explaining the process definitely helped. When he came out to cut down trees 10 of them, him and his partner did a great job. They worked hard and efficient they both kept a great attitude the whole time. I definitely recommend titanium trees.
