Owen did a great job. He was very flexible to putting things the way I wanted and answered all the questions I had.

My furnace went out on a cold snowy night and after calling 6 different companies, Matt C. was the only service technician to give me a call back. He showed up at 11PM with a great attitude, was extremely professional, efficient and fix my issues along with sharing knowledge of my HVAC system with me. I would absolutely have Matt come back out and service my HVAC the next time there’s an issue. He was all around a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Matt!

Randazzo came highly recommended when we purchased our generator. Unfortunately, our experience after the initial installation was frustrating and disappointing.
We had to call them back several times due to incomplete work—wires were not fully stripped, and parts were unavailable. We were patient and understanding throughout this process. However, on the day the generator was finally operational, our furnace stopped working during the hottest week of the year, leaving us without air conditioning.
When a technician came out, we were told the most cost-effective option was to replace both the furnace and the air conditioning system, and that the warranty on our existing furnace had expired. This information turned out to be incorrect, and another technician had to be sent to investigate further.
After the job was completed, we were informed that we might not receive the 10-year warranty—one of the main reasons we chose to purchase when we did—because someone in their office failed to submit the paperwork on time. Seven months later, after numerous follow-ups, we still do not have a clear answer. We’ve repeatedly been told that “the person handling it no longer works here” or that “someone new is working on it,” with no resolution.
Most recently, we received a letter stating that the permit Randazzo pulled for the generator installation has expired. When we contacted the city, we were told it is the company’s responsibility to resolve this. Based on our experience so far, we are not confident this will be addressed promptly.
The technicians themselves were nice enough and professional, but the administrative and paperwork side of the company has been extremely poorly managed.
