Owen did a great job. He was very flexible to putting things the way I wanted and answered all the questions I had.

My furnace went out on a cold snowy night and after calling 6 different companies, Matt C. was the only service technician to give me a call back. He showed up at 11PM with a great attitude, was extremely professional, efficient and fix my issues along with sharing knowledge of my HVAC system with me. I would absolutely have Matt come back out and service my HVAC the next time there’s an issue. He was all around a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Matt!

Doug was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He also guided me through Smart thermostats and the best brands out there. Lastly, he noticed efficiencies that we can make within our existing ductwork. If we ever need service, we would request him personally.

Tyler was my technician for my annual furnace inspection. He was professional and thorough, and I appreciated also his attention to detail (changing the filter, examining my Sensi unit). He did a wonderful job, thank you Tyler!

There are no words that can describe MR. Steven Danou and his performance. This was not the first time Steven performed HVAC service in my residence. Polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant, the least I can say about him. MR. Danou visited us to perform an annual cleaning and check on our furnace when he discovered an irrelevant issue, he worked on the problem for ours and hours until he resolved it, never complained, always smiling and assuring me that he’s not leaving until it’s all resolved, and so happened. Mr. Danou left my house after 5 hours of his arrival. A hundred star is not enough Steven 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Outstanding service. Nick was awesome when he came to bid out the job and they were $700 cheaper than my other bid. He got a crew out there two days later. The two service techs that did the installation were exceptionally friendly and professional. They took the time to do things right and explained everything they did.

Two highly skilled technicians—Jeremy and Paul—came out to install a new water heater for me after another company refused to do the job at all. From the start, they immediately put me at ease with their professionalism, clear assessment, and positive attitudes, saying, “We can do this—no problem!”

My water heater is in a hard-to-reach spot inside a weird little cubby, and I knew the walls would need to be cut, electrical moved, and the old unit carefully drained and removed. It was not an easy job—but they made it look easy.

It honestly makes my heart happy to come across skilled tradespeople like Jeremy and Paul. They worked efficiently as a team, explained everything thoroughly once the job was complete, and even took a quick look at my furnace to offer a few helpful maintenance tips. These guys truly care about their work, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Leonard Russ was the technician who performed the service on our water heater. He promptly arrived, explained what neede to be done, provided options, and estimates for both. The work was performed professionally and thoroughly. We are happy with the results.

I had maintenance done on my hot water heater by Sam Speed. Sam is polite and respectful of my home. Explained what he was doing and has a great personality. Sam also did maintenance on my furnace back in November. It was nice to see the same service man come back. Thank you Sam. I appreciate all you did. 😊

Service received was exceptional—professional, prompt, and well done. The technician was neat, knowledgeable, and efficient. My furnace is now blowing strong and consistent heat, easily maintaining 70 degrees despite the Michigan cold weather. I truly appreciate the quick response and quality workmanship. The first gentleman (Comfort Advisor) who came to our house and provided our estimate and answered our initial questions, was very professional and kind and thorough. Finally, we as a family try to live as welcoming, loving Catholic people who are open to all people of all faiths, all people in general. We believe in kindness and inclusivity. Therefore the Mission Statement of Randazzo that was printed on the folder of materials provided with our estimate, helped us to decide about working with Randazzo.

Steven arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was helpful to explain what needs to be done between seasons with the humidifier and gave tips for changing the furnace air filter. He was efficient from start to finish.

Sam Speed was very professional and acknowledgeable about the maintenance of my furnace. He changed the filters, and did the required maintenance needed. Such a pleasant experience. Good job.

Good notification system. On time within timeframe; arrived mid-window. Ear, clean, properly equipped. Used shoe covers without asking. Sled easy to understand questions about my forced air heating system and then worked on his own. Maintenance check was the service. After finishing, gave a detailed but understandable explanation of service and areas needing our observation. Did not oversell but advised. Great visit in my opinion.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. The installation team was just as impressive! Daylan Teets and his crew were prompt, professional, and meticulous. They laid down protective cloths from the garage to the basement, wore and removed booties every time, and left the area spotless. Their workmanship and respect for our home were top-tier.

I was having air quality issues in a home. I recently purchased in Oakland County. I had previously used Randazzo to put in a new furnace and air conditioner at a former address and was very happy with the service. This time I called them and they sent over a specialist to see what I had going on in my house he made recommendations, booked an appointment, had a technician within a week and he came today. His name was Charles and he was amazing. When he was done, I could immediately tell the difference in the air quality in my house and I am very happy. . Don’t waste your time calling anybody else just call Randazzo!

Our aging furnace was having issues running consistently so I booked with Randazzo and was able to get a slot for the next day. Nicholas King was our technician today and got us back up and running in no time!

Whenever we have a service technician come out I like to ask a lot of questions so that I can be more informed about our home, but I'm often met with short attitudes and answers that either don't feel like the whole truth, assume I am stupid, or are trying to sell me more stuff.

I really appreciated that Nicholas took the time to listen to what our experience was and what we'd tried already and then answer all of my questions and explain what exactly was wrong, how that translated to what we were experiencing, and how to troubleshoot on our own in the future (without just suggesting we replace our furnace!).

We will definitely be repeat customers and I'd recommend Randazzo without hesitation to friends!

Joe and Adam did a scheduled install of a new furnace - mine had died the night before so it was perfect timing - and an a/c unit. They were professional and courteous, explained what they were doing and where things would be changing, and they were nice to my dogs! 5 Star service - thank you!

Randazzo was awesome with replacing my furnace and AC. From Jason the specialist to Tammy in finance dept to Tom and his installation team. Tom Kronner is a big part of the 5 stars. He walked me thru every step made sure I understood and it was going to give me the results we both wanted. He ran into a small obstacle but Tom came back out and went above the beyond til my project was completed to his satisfaction.

Just had Shaun McDonell from Randazzo Heating Cooling come save my house. Shaun was very knowledgeable courteous and took great care of us. First experience with Randazzo Heating Cooling. This was a five star experience thanks to Sean. Diagnosed issue quickly and had the Parts available to fix on the spot.
