Excellent service with great employees. Great Dane employees from the first one that came to repair my air conditioner, to the salesman and technicians. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to keep everything clean.

I was very impressed with great Dane heating and cooling. They showed up on time, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was fixed.

I had problems with my AC, and Great Dane was able to come take care of the issue within a few hours of my call. My tech was friendly and did a great job explaining the issue and how to best fix it. Quickly performed the required work and made sure to go through and check the rest of my unit to make sure everything looked good. Also notified me of the discount on today’s service. Special thanks to Connor for being so easy to work with.

Wonderful experience with Great Dane again. I don't usually give any reviews, but I do when something is exceptional.

Here is what happened: Easy to schedule repair, advance notice of my technician's identity (Jeffrey), heads up phone call 20 minutes before Jeffrey's arrival, and then quick diagnosis, confirmation and fix of the problem. Jeffrey also gave us great advice about how to avoid this problem from happening again. He was great and a pleasure to have in our house. Our A/C continues to keep us comfortable.

Great Dane is great.

It’s never fun when your AC goes out in the middle of summer, but Great Dane was able to get me back up in running very quickly with a motor replacement! The tech was very professional and respectful, putting on shoe covers every time he stepped foot in the house. (Even when I said he didn’t need to) all in all I am very impressed with how smooth and quick this process was! Thanks guys, I will defensively be recommending Great Dane!

Great Dane technician, Demarco performed a routine seasonal check up on our furnace. He did a great job and offered suggestions to improve of our heating system.

Devin was at my house the same day I called, and had my hot water tank completely replaced and reinstalled in 2 hours. He also walked me through any questions I had, taught me about my new equipment, and gave me great advice for the future.

I recently had a water line break from my refrigerator, and I had a plumbing inspection and quote done at my home by Great Dane and I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided by technician Columbus Ward. Columbus was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough in assessing the situation. Columbus took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and provided a detailed, honest quote without any pressure.
It’s clear Columbus knew his craft well and cared about doing things the right way. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail throughout the entire process with the issues that I have at my home. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work!

They came out in the middle of the night, got the heat going, came back later with just the parts we needed and didn't try to sell a lot of unnecessary equipment. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and the value for our money.

I failed to replace the heater filters as recommended. Dominic Orrow came and got us all fixed up. Same day service. Very satisfied!

Connor Anhorn was super helpful with fixing our problem. He knew what the problem was right away, fixed it, and explained what it was in a way we could understand. He knows his stuff and most importantly knows how to explain it to people who have no idea (like me). Great company, 10000/10 technician.

Great Dane did scheduled me promptly, install went fairly smooth, with a brief delay due to a needed part to complete the install. Which arrived quickly and all my concerns and request were handled professionally and quickly. A good experience overall!

Great Rep came to our home checked our furnace and humidifier function, found that we had not changed our filter on the humidifier and it was Moldy! Great polite and professional. So happy we signed up for their plan yearly!

Nicolas Manzo was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, Pleasant and explained everything thoroughly after all that he ask if I had any questions. Most of all he wanted to make sure I understood everything. I will be requesting him next time for my maintenance on my Generac.
