The Jan Pro training was comprehensive and hands on. As a first time commercial cleaning owner/operator, there were a lot of question and concerns that were addressed throughly. I feel prepared for success and confident I have the support I need from Kevin, LaTasha and the entire Jan Pro staff.

Jan pro has been nothing but respectful and a pleasure to work with. Even if minor issues occur they are alway met with solutions and ideas. Their communication is amazing and I would recommend them anytime!

I get my office cleaned by Janpro and they are awesome and if ever have any concerns or questions I call Jennifer Davidson there and she gets everything taken care of immediately. Best service!

While in the Detroit area I needed several empty warehouses cleaned and scrubbed so we could start showing them to rent them. I called JAN-PRO, as I have in a few other cities and I got this guy Jimmy. From Jimmy on the phone to Matt that came out and walked them all with me, to completion by Alonzo and his team, they are truly a 5 star company!!
Jimmy was great to work with, Matt was quick to get me the number I needed to get the paperwork going and Alonzo and his team were very prompt and professional and did a great job!! I will call them next time I’m in town!!

Happy with the 2 new employees who send us emails and update us on what accounts are available. The previous employee who I will not mention was rude at most times, also stopped sending us accounts when we told her multiple times what we are specifically looking for. Even at some points she would send an account and within 1 minute of me responding saying I accept, she would say someone else already got it (happen more than once). Nonetheless, these two other employees I enjoy and want to thank them for letting us grow our business. I hope to continue down this road and get ahold of more accounts.

At the Referral of LaTasha Kirk-Burns, I recently went through training for a week at Jan Pro. Training was taught by Jimmy Severin & Jason Markowitz, Allie DeCaluwe & Seth Gorback & Brian Ross . Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable & made sure you understood the ins & outs of becoming a Franchise Owner. I’m grateful for the experience & opportunity! They also have an open door policy whenever you need guidance.

Jan Pro is great and they even have their own supply store now where you can get cleaning & office supplies and low cost PPE for covid!
