I wasn’t satisfied with our precious weed control company. I saw a neighbor’s yard that looked great and they used Natural Way. Natural Way had our lawn looking wonderful last season. We are going with them again.

I called your company on a referral in Fall of 2020, and you guys signed me up for treatment when I was calling to CONSIDER scheduling. In the spring of 2021, you had someone sent out without my authorization. This was not made clear, and I argued to not pay it. Shame on me for giving you my address, I should have known better. I cancelled the rest of the season.
I signed back up in the spring of 2022, that was definitely a mistake.

For my second application this year earlier in the summer, I received a call letting me know that you would be applying fertilizer in the next 1-2 days. That didn't happen. I had to call and have you schedule it almost 2 weeks later.

For my third application, applied on August 19th, even though I was home, I did not get a knock on the door and no sign was put in our yard indicating that the yard was fertilized. I got an automated call the day before, but with the prior application not occurring in a timely manner, I wasn't expecting it. Well, my dog ran away after being let out two hours after an application on the treated grass unbeknownst to me, it is the only time she has ever broken her invisible fence in the year that I have had it. I found her acting erratically several doors down. To be fair, I can't explicitly say it was the fertilizer, but at this point it doesn't matter. It was not until later this evening that I discovered the pamphlet on our door handle indicating the treatment happened this morning.

I will no longer be using your services. Terrible communication, unreliable, and you use dishonest practices to sign up customers without explicitly saying so. I should have learned my lesson after last year.

Lawn has never looked better. Weeds and poor lawn growth were getting the best of me. Periodic big box applications just weren’t getting results. In just one season, Natural Way has eliminated 99% of the weeds and helped previous brownish spots grow lush. Look forward to season 2!

Natural Way is a prompt and reliable service. They respond quickly to inquiries and solve additional problems like tree fungus and diseases. The difference in our trees has been transformative from dying trees to new growth and healthy trees. Our lawn looks fantastic and we really appreciate the work they do.

Natural Way Lawn and Tree Service are very professional, on time and very polite. If you ask a question about the service, a thorough and polite explanation is given without hesitation. As well, and if asked or needed they will give suggestions to assure your lawn will be healthy and beautiful.

This is our first year using Natural Way Lawn & Tree Services and our lawn has never looked better! We signed up for auto pay and we have never gotten charged for charges we did not ask for. Their customer services has been very helpful as well. Would definately recommend this company to anyone that was looking for a good lawn service.

I’ve been using Natural Way for a few years now. My lawn looks great and they show up consistently and are respectful of my property. They also care for my evergreens and shrubs.

Their products seem to be effective. My lawn was mostly weeds when we bought the house last summer. Several treatments last year killed off most of the weeds. The lawn looks very healthy this spring. The only reason I didn't give five stars is due to lack of concise information on type and timing of when they will apply a treatment and the information that is left after the treatment is not very helpful - very technical, just the technical names and amounts of product that was applied.

Been using natural way for about two years. Their price seems fair and I have never had a problem. I have even seen them go out of their way to pick up kids and dogs toys out of the yard before applying treatment.

I've used Natural Way for the past thirteen years after poor service from the lawn service company I was using. I have extensive gardens and the technician is careful not to damage the flower beds while applying the chemicals.

This is the first year we have used a lawn service for weed and pest control. I am happy with the results! For years we have had mounds and tunnel in our lawn from moles and this year there were no mounds and only one tunnel. We also had an abundance of crab grass and while it isn’t entirely gone, it is greatly diminished. Hopefully, next year, our second year with this service, it will be completely gone.

Natural Way has been my lawn care service provider since my lawn was originally installed. They have reacted positively to all of my request and I am very happy with the way my lawn looks.

Fertilizer is expensive these days. Natural Way is no exception but their are good. You get what you pay for. They arrive when they say they do. They spend a lot of time on my property and do a thorough job. Will not hesitate to go with them again.

After trying a few other lawn service companies, Natural Way seems to be the most professional and consistent. I was really happy with the fertilizer / weed control results this year and will be renewing again in the spring.

Our lawn looks great this year! I like their service and professionalism. The only concerns I have is that mosquito control and grub control are not all that effective. That’s an improvement I would welcome. But all around, very good service.
