I have called this place for 3 days straight and went to an answering service. My calls were NEVER returned and someone from the actual place never answers

Their drivers are far from safe I was cut off today buy a large truck on a hurry to get fast food. I guess safety on the roads is not something they take into account.

We’ve used R & S Plumbing for multiple properties. They arrive promptly and are courteous. They explain everything they’re doing and answer our questions.

I tried to set an appointment with this company and they completely dropped the ball.
1. set a time to have my furnace that isn't working for 12-3:30 pm.
2. They didn't show.
3. At 4:45 I receive a call at my business and they will not be coming on time. I asked for an update on when they would show up - THEY NEVER CALLED BACK
4. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP EVEN LATE.

A COMPLETE NO SHOW = FAILING GRADE.

Had a leak coming up through the carpet in the basement level bedroom and closet. HWA contacted R&S Plumbing, Reuben called me that day and set up an appointment for the next morning. Crew arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution within an hour. So far so great!

Have used them to replace a hot water heater that went bad, to snake tree roots and even after a basement flood. They were always fast, professional and did amazing work. Will continue using them going forward without question!

Our furnace & air conditioner were replaced efficiently and Nick explained everything each step of the way. Fantastic company! Took excellent care keeping carpet clean & cleaning up when job was completed. Highly recommend.

Needed a new water heater and part of my furnace temporarily removed and then reinstalled so R&S could deal with a water leak as I had a real need for mold remediation. The plumbing job was fast but excellent. I highly recommend R&S.

I highly recommend this company. They put in a new glass enclosed shower last year. Replaced my deck in my condo, in a timely manner. When 1 of the boards cracked. And repaired my kitchen ceiling. When my upstairs condo neighbor , had a leak in her sink . Very satisfied with every job. Quality work and efficient each time.

Jourdan and Chris provided drain service at my house on Sept 26th. I can’t say it loud enough and there are not enough words to express the knowledge they shared as well as excellent service they provided. Our service was handled quickly and fast. They were able to free my drain but also explain a underlying problem that the last plumber could not do. Matt our tech was great, honest and kept us in the know of exactly what needed to be done during the service call.
