Huge shout out to Mike Frank & Frank’s Outdoor Services! They quoted us a fair price to install sod including tear out, leveling and clean up. We wanted it done earlier in the summer but Mike was upfront and honest about when would be best to install to ensure the sod takes. He also gave tips on when to water and what else we could do to keep the grass looking great. Very appreciative of his work and craftsmanship. Month later and the yard still looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

In April of 2025 we had a sewer line replaced. The drain company totally destroyed our backyard. We called Frank's Outdoor Services and the owner Michael came out the next day.

He explained that the clay soil needs to settle and the best time to do this will be at the end of September. He answered all our questions and offered an honest assessment.

Over the summer the dirt mound did settle and we were excited for this job to start.

Michael made this a very smooth project. It was completed in a day and a half. Crew was very professional and cleaned the driveway and patio areas spotless.

We are very happy with Frank's Outdoor Services.
