Mark Downs plumbing is a honest ethical with a no nonsense approach, willing to do what it takes & takes the time to inform you exactly how & what should be done. Things he WON'T do is waist your time but he does give you the time to understand every process. He will be my GO TO person, when in need of his craft.

I've had Mark make several plumbing repairs over the past couple of years, and I must say that the consistency of his work is exemplary. He holds himself to a high standard in terms of the quality of his work and it shows: he considers it a form of artwork. It's extremely gratifying to have someone do some work for you that takes such pride in their work. Now, you may be able to get a lower price quote but the peace of mind you get from the quality of his work makes the cost well worth it.

In addition, he is punctual, polite and respectful which is value added.

Mark came out and was very prompt with his arrival, and assessment of the situation. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and informative when I asked what exactly the problem was. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for an extremely competent, cordial and prompt plumber who is looking to not get jerked around by large plumbing companies.

Mark is an independent certified-plumber so the savings are passed on to you, and believe me his work is worth 3 times what you'll pay.

Technicians are always professional, always available, weekdays or weekends, the girls in the office are very nice, and on top of everything, I’ve been using Paradigm for years, never had a bad experience.

We were in a panic when a different company never showed to install a new water heater at our house. Paradigm scheduled us SAME day when we called and were in and out so quickly. It was such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend them!

He was polite, efficient, and quickly showed me his expertise and fixed our plumbing issue. We were given Paradigm's contact info several months ago, and were very pleased with our experience then as well. We wouldn't use anyone else at this point, and highly recommend them.
