We had a significant clog in our basement piping that caused a number of toilets and showers to backflow. Based on multiple recommendations from my neighbors, I called Waterwork Plumbing this morning. Due to it being a blockage, they went out of their way to get one of their plumbers to my home today. Collin showed up exactly on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the entire situation. He provided a very honest assessment and a fair price. Collin’s attention to protecting our home and performing high quality work was impressive. My neighbors were right. WaterWork Plumbing is a top notch company with very honest work. And their quality is spectacular. And a big thank you to Collin.

My g girlfriend needed help with her bathtub leaking and the kitchen sink dripping. We called them on s Saturday and they the following Monday and help ed fix the leaks and showed us hot to access the water main in the house for next time. He replaced the fixtures and a couple of pipes. Would definitely use them again.

They were my first call.This is the second time I had them out to snake my drain. It's been about 2 years. I have to get it done every couple years. The staff is still friendly good people. Eugene was awesome, good guy. He is friendly fast efficient and does real good work. The price is the same as before. Which is nice seeing as how everything else is going up these days. I'd recommend them to anybody. They even got me in early today.

Very prompt and friendly service. The technician Cain was willing to let me watch and ask questions as he worked. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and gave me a lot of useful information about plumbing and about the pedestal bathroom sink he repaired. Price!? Yikes!? But I suppose that is standard and owning a house isn't a cheap proposition by any means.

Waterworks is great! I’ve used them in the past and receptionist is always polite and helpful. Bryan came out today, he was friendly and informative about what the problem was and fixed right away. Also told me things to watch out for in the future.

I just had WaterWork inspect my sprinkler, Required by City Of Royal Oak, crazy since I don’t even use it, but I met a young man that came over to do it. His name is Larry and he was very pleasant and did a great job. If you ever need to call WaterWork Plumbing Company ask for Larry you will be happy that you did.

Great experience. I called them up and within 30 minutes a plumber was at my door. Greg was able to quickly fix the drain clog and was out the door pretty quickly. It was a bad clog that I couldn't fix myself. He gave me some advice on how to do it myself next time. Nice workers, good work, would call them again.

I was thrilled with my "Water Works Experience", Collin did a wonderful job, and took the time to instruct me, on the annually timed appointments to eliminate additional issues. I shall do just that in the future. It's not often that service professionals take the time to clean up after a procedure, but Collin did just that. I was impressed with his knowledge base, and he answered all my questions with a clear and concise explanation. I give you five stars because the experience was outstanding with Collin. He is a true asset to your company.

Honest and dependable. Multiple good experiences with waterworks. They take interest in solving problems longterm and are straight forward. On multiple occassions they have advised me on future projects and explained how I could do it myself; or, if I chose to hire them, which parts to be prepared with. As a new, century-old, homeowner I have come to trust Waterworks far more than some direct competitors in the area that have a high google ratings. Couldn't recommend Waterworks enough.

I have been used WaterWork Plumbing for years - since they first opened and David (the owner) was the only plumber. It has grown a lot since then, but they are still friendly and come out quickly for emergencies.

I did have an issue with my most recent service, but David reached out to me and took care of my concerns. My issue with the service was being overcharged by 1/2 an hour and the plumber did not clean up after he was done. Again, my issues were taken care of and will gladly use Waterwork Plumbing in the future.

Bryan came out to fix a leak in my three compartment sink and was confident, quick and friendly. He came up with a clever solution and I was charged less than I was quoted on the phone. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Bought a new dryer and company just left it at house without installing. Called Waterwork and they had a tech show up within the hour. Tech was super professional and went right to work installing my new gas line and vent pipe on the dryer as well as balancing it for me. The new fittings and hoses were installed very clean and professionally couldn be happier. Will definitely be using again.

Highly recommend Water Work Plumbing. Incredible repair performed by Bryan B from Water Work. Critical gas line repair was needed. Bryan scoped out the job, retrieved all the material, put together a contingency plan, and performed the repair. Absolutely an incredible service tech and a highly recommended company to handle all your Plumbing issues.

Greg was very good. Very nice guy and very professional. He figured out the best way to snake out my main drain and verified the work he did, fixed the problem. I am pleased with the work and satisfied that the price charged was fare. I would not hesitate calling, WaterWork Plumbing, to do work for me in the future.

The estimate had a few lines that said "If X happens, the price may go up." It had me worried they'd use it as a good reason to raise the price later, like some other companies might. But I paid exactly what my estimate was.

WaterWork did a great job today. I called in the morning in need of assistance for a pipe clearing which was causing my utility tub/sink in the laundry room to back up. We weren't able to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and laundry room, which all fed to that pipe. WW was able to have a plumber to my house within two hours. Don came and did an awesome job assessing the issue, clearing the backed up water, and snaking the drain pipe. We were back up and running very quickly. Don was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Thanks, Don and WW, for quickly taking care of our minor emergency with kindness and professionalism.

I am a landlord with multiple properties. This is first time I used Waterworks and going forward this is the only company I will use. Their professionalism, knowledge and pricing is the best I have experienced in the past 5 years! If you are fortunate enough to get Don Nelly on your service call consider yourself lucky, he's great!

8:30 AM: I woke up to the realization that my sewer line was backed up. Cue me spending a couple hours wallowing in self pity, thinking about how my day was ruined and I was about to shell out an arm and a leg to have this problem solved.

10:30 AM: After navigating the stages of grief, I began the seemingly daunting task of trying to find an honest plumbing company to come fix my problem at a fair price. My search led me to Waterworks Plumbing because they have A LOT of 5 star reviews. After perusing the reviews related to my issue “sewer”, I felt confident that calling Waterworks was the right move.

11 AM: Believe me when I say I hate nothing more than making phone calls, but in only 3 mins, I had painlessly set up a same day appointment for someone to come out between 1-3PM at the cost of $175/hr.

11:54 AM: Waterworks calls me back and says someone is actually available to come out sooner to which I give a resounding “Yes!”

12:18 PM: Waterworks has someone is on my porch, knocking on my door, ready to come and check out the problem.

1:00 PM: In less then an hour, my sewer line which was suffering from tree roots blocking it about 30 ft out from house, is unclogged. Thank you, Ryan, for excellent and speedy service that solved my plumbing issue! In 2 hours from my initial call, Waterworks Plumbing was leaving my house and I was able to get on with my day. Definitely 5 stars! $175 for one hour of labor + 5% card processing fee + $22 new customer coupon=$160.65 I felt very good about the price too!

Most friendly and knowledgeable expertise out of all the companies I called made sure all my questions were answered clearly. Cleaned the whole work area thoroughly even though they had to trench across my whole basement to replace my rotted sewer. Only company I would recommend to my mother
