We had a significant clog in our basement piping that caused a number of toilets and showers to backflow. Based on multiple recommendations from my neighbors, I called Waterwork Plumbing this morning. Due to it being a blockage, they went out of their way to get one of their plumbers to my home today. Collin showed up exactly on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the entire situation. He provided a very honest assessment and a fair price. Collin’s attention to protecting our home and performing high quality work was impressive. My neighbors were right. WaterWork Plumbing is a top notch company with very honest work. And their quality is spectacular. And a big thank you to Collin.

My g girlfriend needed help with her bathtub leaking and the kitchen sink dripping. We called them on s Saturday and they the following Monday and help ed fix the leaks and showed us hot to access the water main in the house for next time. He replaced the fixtures and a couple of pipes. Would definitely use them again.

This company rips people off and takes advantage of elderly customers. Example 1: I hired them in 2021 to snake a main line. The plumber was there for 40 minutes and they charged $795. Example 2: Mother in law in her 70s had them out to fix a leaking toilet flange. The quoted a ridiculous price and told her she needed new pipes for thousands of dollars. She refused, got another plumber who fixed the problem for less than $200, checked the pipes, said everything is fine. Example 3: a family member, also in her 70s recently had them out to snake a bathroom drain. They said she needed new pipes and quoted a high price. She figured she would get a second quote but since he was there, she allowed him to attempt to snake the drain. His snake got stuck in the pipe so the plumber told her he needed to cut into the wall, and remove the pipes to retrieve his snake. He did so, and replaced the pipes that were damaged from the snake. Instead of taking responsibility for faulty equipment or negligence and at least offering to remove a portion of the labor, he charged her $1679 for what was supposed to be a $175 snake job. They refused to provide a breakdown of costs and the plumber refused to return her calls. We only spoke with the receptionist who kept making excuses as to why the plumber was not available to speak. On top of that their labor fee per hour was much higher than what they had claimed ahead of time which they later stated, varies based on the job. This company is unethical, avoid!
