I really appreciate Nelson Bros. coming out so quickly. I had a horrible chemical smell coming in through the laundry tub. I honestly was freaking out when I called. Danielle was amazing and was able to have Jonathan come out really quickly. He was super efficient and finally found the source. While it's not what wanted to hear, he explained his operation manager would reach out with a plan of action. This company did a huge sewer job in my backyard about 4 years ago. Everything turned out great. Would highly recommend this company. Great experience all round from the first call to the plumber onsite.

Rick was most helpful and did a thorough review of my sump pump system setup as well as a complete walk around of the exterior of the home. While my issue is not yet solved, Rick suggested 2-3 ideas to improve my water situation and/or perhaps even correct the problem. I would recommend Nelson Bros. For your plumbing needs. Company was okay … they came out 3 times . I told them to do testing the first time. The techs said they couldn’t justify it bc it just smelled musty and that’s normal for a basement. So I paid 2 hour fees for nothing. The 3rd time the techs admitted there’s an issue and finally did tests (to me it smelled the same as the other 2 times they came out)
They noticed a leaking pipe in my crawl space
, didn’t discount me or anything for the 2 hours of wasted time/ fees.They then never called me back to give me an explanation of what happened to the pipe for my insurance company . I would give them a C overall based on this experience .
This company came highly recommended and was just okay in my opinion. I would try them again but if they don’t perform better next time I wouldn’t use them for anything anymore
