Emailed Bilz for a clog and although they weren't able to help me they replied quickly with a referral to someone who could.

They charged us $85 to look around with a flashlight and weren’t able to fix a pvc pipe behind our washer. The guy basically charged us to say they can’t fix it and gave us a card for someone who could... is this a real plumbing company? Crazy.

Been using them for almost four years now since we moved to area. They have always been professional, call when on their way and have done good work.

Great experience both times we called them. Did a great job replacing some outside faucets for reasonable price.

I got behind on bills due to an injury Bill's Plumbing agreed to $10 a week I was very grateful I authorize $10 a week and they took 68 without notification and would without any authorization they paid themselves off in full

Amazing, speedy service and VERY reasonable. Removed old supply lines and added new supply hoses as well as a anew faucet all in an hour and a half. Highly recommended.

This is a very competent plumbing company. Recently our city water supply developed leaks and Bilz replaced our water line of over 600 feet with minimal disturbing of our lawn.

I want to Thank you for all you did these gentlemen and ladies by the names of Ann, Lori, Bill, Hayden, Nick and Tim overextended themselves to get our water heater and convert us from propane to gas and even though there was a mixup with DTE they stayed until the job was finished and we had heat. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.

I am very satisfied with the services I received today. Two polite young men, Gus & Collin, came and cleaned a problem sink drain for me. They were on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up the area before leaving.

Had someone come out to do some work and it was done and completed just fine so no problems there. I do wish they had been more transparent about the charges. Also ended up paying for a hose twice apparently since I already had a hose and they also charged me for one as well. So seems like I should have a hose somewhere but I do not. They also took a piece of my trim off by accident I assume and just left it lying there without mention. They did the job, I'm just not sold on their honesty/transparency.

The two young men made sure I had a good working shower before they left for the day.
They also didn't charge us for the whole time that it took to fix our shower.

I had water leaking from a lighting fixture and called Bilz to investigate. They were out the same day, found the problem very quickly and left me detailed instructions on how to fix the problem. The technician (Alex) was so professional he even texted me photos he took of the problem. I thought it was going to be a major fix, turns out it was just a bad caulking job from a previous owner. I will rely on Bilz for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward.
