We had a leak at our water heater inlet. David came out and was very friendly and professional. He used all the safety protocols (wearing a mask, etc.) for the job. He explained what he was doing and what likely caused the leak. We called him on Sunday late afternoon and he came out on Monday mid-morning, as the leak was not emergent. David showed up on time and finished quickly. We chatted quite a bit while he performed the repair. Would definitely call him again if we needed a plumbing repair. David's prices were as expected for a Master Plumber.

My city required a backflow check on Irrigation systems. I called Dave. Very nice guy. Pleasant and friendly. One of the most affordable plumbers on the list provided. Dave arrived on time as stated. The problem comes with outrageous amount he charged for the repair. I was told I needed a "repair kit." I'm assuming entire kit would be used. Dave charged a $140.00 for a screw and a 2 inch gasket ring and labor. The labor was removing the top of the assembly. I would have never thought such price gouging from the conversations held with him. Nice guy, but price gouger. $215.00 which started as a $75.00 charge.
