Electrical reviews in Fraser, Michigan

We had a very good experience with Macson Electric, and I would highly recommend them. It was hard to get ahold of them in the beginning, but other than that, everything went really smoothly. We had an estimate written by owner Jason, and it was lower than other contractors gave us. We needed to install vanity lights in two bathrooms, install a fan in our son's bathroom, and replace an existing fan in master bathroom. Bobby and his son were very hard working, cautious, professional, and polite. They also did a great job protecting the floor and furniture from debris, and cleaning after the project. Our bathrooms look fabulous with new vanity lights, and fans work great!

Found Macson on Angie's List for a ceiling fan installation. Carey called same day by phone and not by reply message left on Angie's List.

Electrician came out, he explained some wiring matters. Very professional, took care of the job with no problem.
Highly recommend. Thank you Jason.

Always great service and easy to schedule appointments. Thank you for the great service.
Xavier was out today to install a ceiling fan. Explained everything asked if had questions, offered to remove the trash. Jason had been out last year to do some light fixtures. Sane great service. Will continue use and let friends know about your great service.

Macson Electric has been our go-to electrician for about 15 years. As they have grown, the quality of service and service providers has remained consistently high. They’ve done outlets, fuse box upgrades, new fixtures, and more. Highly recommend!

My parents found this company through their home town facebook group. And they did not disappoint! Fair price, amazing work. I had a whole new 100amp service put in my new home, along with moving my meter to the back of my house instead of near the driveway! Clean work, and thorough! Happy to recommend!

Got EV Charger installed and wired by Macson, along with a few additional requests.
Office staff is competent and effective. Electricians were here on time, acted professionally, and completed all the planned work and my requested extras on time and with no surprise cost. Highly recommend them!

I had some outlets and lights go out a few days ago. Had an electrician friend try to figure out why and we couldn't figure it out to save our lives. Called Macson and they sent Bobby to my house today. He found a burnt melting outlet that we were still using in my daughter's room to be the culprit! This could have been a dangerous situation! I am so happy with the service today and will definitely be using them again for other electrical needs! Bobby was friendly, fast, and he's good at what he does!

We had Macson Electric out to our home for kitchen remodel. Our electricians did a great job. They had to bring our old electrical up to code and also create new electrical outlets. We were 100% satisfied with John and his teams. They had to come out more than once. I would highly recommend. Thank you Macson Electric!

I was very very happy with their professionalism and expertise. They were friendly and politely answered all of my questions.
I highly recommend Macson Electric.

I usually stay away from posting reviews, but I have had such a great experience with Macson Electric, and I can't recommend them enough! Bobby, who handles maintenance and sales, has been incredible to work with. He has a ton of expertise, he’s reliable, and trustworthy. Carri, who manages the office and appointments, is always responsive and organized.

The entire team has been extremely helpful. I will absolutely continue using Macson Electric for all my electrical needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

They did a really nice job installing my interlock on my house panel and my 50 amp plug on my house. I had many questions and they answered all of them. It was a pleasure working with them and I'll be calling them first for any electrical needs in the future. Highly recommended.

Macson Electric is reliable company that I have use for many years. Most recent project was panel upgrade and generator hookup. From estimate, installation and customer service everything went smooth and job was done quickly at very affordable price.
Thank you!
I would definitely recommend Macson Electric to friends, family and anyone needing any electrical work.

These guys came to my place today to review/approve work previously completed on our furnace by another company. The call in total took about an hour. During this time it appeared both techs thought it was appropriate to use our bathroom without asking. So if you want men taking stinky dumps in your house without asking, I would say Mascon is the company to call…

For the record if they had asked, I would have obliged, and would not be writing this review rn. I have done lots of professional work in peoples’ homes and this is absolutely not normal or acceptable.

This is my go-to place for ALL OF MY ELECTRICAL NEEDS. “The best in town.”
I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Their staff: Adam Ribant, Nick Bacon, Josh Trombley, Mikey, Big John, Lil John and Noah James went out of their way to ensure the Generator wiring setup was seamless. They maintained a “clean” work environment at all times and were very informative about the entire process.
"Simply fantastic experience from start to finish."
"You can't go wrong with this company."

Macson Electric (Mike, Adam and Nick) carried out the installation of a whole house generator in a professional manner in extremely difficult weather conditions. They explained everything they were planning to carry out with respect to the existing breaker panel and additional wiring fro new switch panel with minimum disruption. They cleared up any mess and requested access when ever needed I would recommend Macson Electric based on my experience.

I highly recommend Macson Electric.

I have had them out three times now, a couple smaller jobs and a bigger job of a panel replacement from fuse to circuit breaker.

Every experience has been wonderful. They always call to confirm the appointment, the electricians show up on time and are very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.

In particular I highly recommend Bobby, he is very honest, fair, and works very efficiently.

I do not hesitate to recommend them, I am glad I found them.

Thank you Bobby!

The owner came out and helped me with a project at my shop. He did a get job and was very fast to respond to my questions and concerns. Will be using his services again

Had Best come out to install a box on our machine for error proofing and it came out great. Nice clean panel that works great!!

B.E.S.T installed my home level 2 EV charger and I am very pleased. That's just one of many jobs that they have done for me. They are very diligent at their job and Bien the manager has really good diagnostic skills.
