I'm just gonna say, if the day ever comes that Warren Pipe goes away, the world of plumbing is doomed!!!
No it's not always the "cheapest" place to shop, and no it's not the largest store to browse, but what it is, is a place to get exactly what you need for a reasonable price, every time. I take my toughest plumbing issues to them, and they always send me out the door with what I need to get the job done right.

I work with Eric on their order desk and I could not ask for better or more friendly service. Sometimes our descriptions or items are not clear, no worries, Eric takes care of everything. Thank you so much!

I went to ACE to get the part for my faucet, I thought about going to Warren Pipe first because of past experiences, I should have just gone to Warren Pipe in the first place, ACE sold me the wrong part, but at Warren Pipe they knew what I needed immediately. Went in the other day needing an adapter for my sink. Was referred by a guy at Lowe's. While the guy was very patient and did try to resolve the problem this is where my rating comes from. I had the parts I needed to bring with me, I had just bought the appliance. He tells me he can't help me, so I go to home depot for the associate to tell ne all it needed was a gasket removed and then it fits. This place is supposed to be a plumbing place and couldn't tell me that? Sorry but not going back.

They always help me figure out how to fix whatever issue I have! Great inventory! Same prices as the big box stores usually too so nothing to lose!

Plumbing and plumbing repairs are among my least favorite household chores. I feel very fortunate to have Warren Pipe so close.

I came in and was instantly greeted and asked if I needed help. After I described what I needed help with and how I knew very little, Ian stepped up and said no problem, I can help you. He went above and beyond in not only getting me a kit to fix my bathroom faucet, but also in giving me step by step directions using a faucet they had on display. It is nice to know shops like this, where customer service is a priority, are still around. Thanks for the help!

Eric at the plumbing desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made what was going to be a very expensive repair job an easy inexpensive fix for me. I'm very grateful and these guys know plumbing. Far and above what the Joe Blows off the street at Home Depot and Lowe's bring to the table.

The gentleman we worked with was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband and I are by no means handy and liked the idea of shopping local for our small DIY project. We will not be back to this store as we were made to feel as though we were inferior and annoying the man who “helped” us.

My grandfather and grandmother owned the hardware store in Leroy, Michigan, so I grew up in our family's garage and wouldn't be caught dead in a big box store when this awesome, well stocked, mom & pop store is 3 miles from my home. This place has everything Home Depot and Lowe's and more specialty and hard to find hardware.
I am a tool lover and I always find the parts or tools I need here, plus I find unique tools that I buy just for fun, every time I come here!

Great customer service. A gentleman went out of the way to show me how to deal with a plumbing issue I had when replacing my dishwasher. This kind of helpful behavior is rare these days. Highly recommend this place.

Experienced and knowledgeable staff. Bring the part you need to replace. If you can't, they will likely know what you are describing. The product quality they carry is generally better than the big box store.

Great alternative to the Home Depot or Lowes stores for your quick home repairs. Great selection of stock, great people and prices. They have been family owned for years and I would much rather give them my business than big box stores!

I have an older home with much of the original plumbing still intact. A few days ago, the 1.5" copper drain elbow in the kitchen sprung a leak. They don't make that particular piece anymore, but the guys at Warren knew exactly what to do. Set me up with the right stuff and walked me through the rebuild. Worked beautifully. Great service, parts and pricing. Hat's off to you!

Have been in here a few times for various plumbing items and found the staff to always be helpful and knowledgable. That pales in comparison to what happened yesterday. My son called me at work to say the basement was flooding (sump pump died), so I tell him what to do and that I'll be home asap, a 45 minute drive at least. Halfway home, as I'm thinking I really don't have time to go shopping for a new pump, I call Warren Pipe, explain the situation and am handed off to Clay. He takes my info and meets me at my house with a new pump. Has us back up and running in 20 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Excellent service!
