Constructeam renovated two apartments for us top to bottom. Mike and Ken were 100% on top of our projects we had going at the same time. They provided detailed quotes, communicated updates frequently, with out having to call them! AND always answered all phone calls and emails. Owner Joe came out with the team to see the project. It meant a lot to have that personal touch. Very stand up and honest work. Very happy we chose them.

I recently had Constructeam repair my garage, and I have to say the results are outstanding. The before and after difference is incredible — it truly shows the pride they take in their work. From the start, the team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They kept me updated, explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was handled correctly.

What impressed me most was the quality of the repair. They didn’t cut corners — they made sure the garage was restored properly and safely. Their motto, “Restore It Right,” really fits, because that’s exactly what they did.

From start to finish, this reconstruction company exceeded every expectation I had. The process began with Joe B., who provided the initial quote. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in explaining the scope of work and what to expect. Joe took the time to answer all my questions and made sure the estimate was clear and fair, which immediately gave me confidence in moving forward.

What truly set this company apart was how seamlessly they took over handling the insurance claim. Dealing with insurance can be stressful and time consuming, but they managed the entire process on my behalf, keeping communication clear and ensuring nothing was overlooked. This alone removed a huge burden and made a difficult situation far more manageable.

Once the project began, everything was handed over to Mike K., the project manager, and his leadership was outstanding. Mike was organized, responsive, and consistently kept me updated on progress and timelines. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the crew showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and respectful job site.

Most importantly, Mike and his team truly went above and beyond during my basement reconstruction. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and genuine care they showed for my home were evident in every phase of the project. The final result looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing reconstruction work done right.

UPDATE (3/2024): With my project officially complete, I had to update my review. My finished product is better than I could’ve imagined, however, there were communication issues throughout my project, from the top down, so I had to remove a star.

12/2023:
JB was tenacious when it came to dealing with my insurance company for the estimate. He always had my best interest at heart. This was a HUGE relief knowing he was in my corner and would fight for what was best for me, not the insurance company.

Gino is a sponge; he wants to learn as much as possible about the industry. Gino is working on his communication skills and is learning there’s no such thing as “over communicating.”

The painter did an extraordinary job with painting the entire inside of my house. Talk about detail oriented! Sam, the flooring guy, was very meticulous and did a phenomenal job of lining up new wood floor to old wood floor, to make it seamless.

Constructeam stands behind their product. If there’s an issue that’s their fault, they will fix it, even if it costs them money.

Constructeam ran an insurance related project at my house. It was a stressful situation and we had been dealing with insurance for months before they were hired.

The pros:

They have excellent contractors.
Kept the project on time.
Our PM Greg was awesome - very friendly.

The cons:

We had some issues with some of the details, including with the pack-out, move back and cleaning ...things got lost and damaged. One example was that we had an expensive dresser get damaged because the drawers were not properly marked. Constructeam didn't accept responsibility and wanted to charge us to try and fix it.

Overall, the project went well. However, the owner had a difficult time accepting feedback and I felt like he talked condescendingly to me. It would not have taken much to resolve, but he was defensive and didn't want to listen. I decided it was not worth it to pursue.
