Big shout out to K & A for restoring electric to my home! They were prompt, professional, and thorough. I couldn't be happier...🤗.

We were 1000 miles from home & our friend called us to tell us we had an electrical fire. I called these guys & they raced over. So grateful!

My mother lives in Hastings, MI and I used a Facebook recommendation in her area to reach out to K&A for some simple residential electric needs around her house. The entire process was a huge disappointment. The tech did an initial review of the house and work needed, talked over my mother the entire time, and quoted us a ridiculous amount. He said her bathroom needed a new electric box (quoted us $1,000 for that work alone). He did NOT show up on the scheduled day for the work, and then he essentially "ghosted" us by not responding to any subsequent texts or calls.

Luckily, we ended up going with Morgan Electric, who was professional, organized, and did all the work in just a few hours! He also noted the bathroom box did NOT need replaced (and if had needed it, he quoted us $150, not $1,000 like K&A) and fixed it right up for my mom. Do yourself a favor and use them instead!!

I was referred to this guy Chris to do electrical work on my house from a contractor. I talked to him one time on the phone about what needed to be done. I asked for a quote and he said he needed to come see the job. We were not home asked the contractor who knew him to let him in. When I got home the guy had already started working. I asked for a quote again and he said he would get one. The next day he showed up late and started working and my wife asked him again for a quote and he blew her off. When I got home from work he left before I could talk to him. The following day my contractor had to get ahold of him bc he wasn’t responding. He came back and finished the job never giving quote after asking multiple times. Today I received a bill for $7500. The guy won’t even respond!!!!!!!!!

I guess I’m the sucker for not telling him to stop before it got out of hand but shame on this company for allowing/chris to do work without giving a quote. I never would have guessed it would have been this much. I was in the 2500-5k mark even the contractor and a different electrician agreed it was a ridiculous amount.
