Very professional and prompt. Hired them to come out and snake a backed up sink and they were able to clear it in a few minutes. Would give 5 stars except they are a little pricey and charge a base price of $175 just to come out. Was charged $50 “trip charge” which is kind of crazy since I live half a mile from their location.

Howard and Haden were exceptionally professional and very personable. It’s a wonderful thing to see a father and son working together. I am so proud of Haden. They did the job perfectly. It’s just something you don’t find nowadays.

Howard was prompt, friendly and very professional. Our drain was clogged with grease and it was a job to clear it. The price he charged was more than fair. We will definitely use their services again.

Did a great job. Fast and nice

I called this company because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I was told that it would be $175 for two men to come out and that money would be applied to the cost of the repair. They were here for one hour found the leak and replaced my garbage disposal. That cost was a $695. I was given a receipt with no details on it just a total price. When I called the next day to ask for a detailed receipt I left a message with the receptionist. Several days went by with no response I called again and was told that $695 is there flat rate to replace a garbage disposal. Again I told them I needed a detailed receipt.Two weeks Went by and I Finally emailed them and told them that I was going to write a bad review on Google if they did not respond. And of course they responded immediately. I did inquire with a couple of other plumbing companies after the fact and was told that the most this job should’ve cost was $300. Thank you Lane plumbing for taking advantage of your customers.

I can’t speak highly enough to the quality of work Howard and his team at Lane Plumbing provided. We recently had Lane Plumbing perform a complete re-pipe on our 1,300 square foot ranch. They removed the 70 year old galvanized plumbing and replaced it with pex. They worked in a very professional and clean manner. Their attention to detail in their craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. I would recommend Lane Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

The office rep was great answered all my questions and emailed me information. The owner came out to to give me the quote we scheduled a date for installation a couple of days later they did a great job family owned company. I would recommend them to everybody and will use call on them for future projects.

Our water heater went out after our basement flooded from a sewage back up. I called them around noon and same day they were able to come over and replace my water tank for me. The guys were very nice and were quite efficient. I would hire them again.

The worker was kind and courteous. I was very aware of the cost for the call. But at the end of the day $240 to snake a toilet and say sorry its beyond the clean out , which i understand. But to charge full visit price and maybe 20 minutes. That`s a little much, half price or at least less than full price.

Owner Howard, and his crew were fantastic professional personable pleasant polite easy to talk too and straight forward,had bathroom roughed in down in basement all in a day, in at 9am gone by 5pm.
