These guys are the absolute best! Our fridge stopped working on a Friday and they could not come out until the following week. But they did walk me through what to do get it running again until they could come out. When they did come, discovered that it wasn't a problem with the fridge, made sure it was working, and said no charge for the service call!

I have used their service for three different appliances. All our encounters have been positive. Because some parts need to be special ordered they need to come out to make sure of what they need. If someone knows a company that does free trips I would like to know who it is!

I have used this company for years. I call them first when I have an appliance that needs repair. Today they came to "fix" my washer. Since it was just a switch that needed adjusting, it was fixed quickly and NO charge - not even for the service call! Yes, I will call them first next time as well!

I had an issue with my fridge and I was able to call and get answers all from the one phone call! Jeff is so easy to work with, caring and transparent. I trust him with my appliances.

I've worked with Ron's Appliance for years, we had a washer fail and they came out with in 2 days and rectified the situation. On top of being kind and courteous they did not charge me because it was simple fix and they were in the area. A family owned business.

We have been using Ron's for several years now. They have fixed our dishwasher twice, our oven, our washing machine and were honest when they told us it would cost almost as much to fix the refrigerator as it would to buy new. Always polite and easy to work with!

This place was recommended to us by another shop for repair work as our oven and stove are basically obsolete. I spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he was a great help. He was very honest about costs/benefits of fixing our appliances or having them serviced in ways that our gas company said might help, but probably wouldn't be useful. We appreciate his transparency and integrity.

They repaired a very old Kenmore washer us. The repair man was very knowledgable and analyzed the problem in a short time. He told us that the part was still available to order and when he expected to finish the reair. He also gave us a "ballpark" cost for the repair, that turned out to be quite accurate. We were very pleased with the cost and the service and would use Ron's Appliance Repair without hesitation again.

Extremely fast and knowledgeable. They diagnosed The issue with my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes, and once the part was ordered and came in they were here for 15 minutes repairing it. Very happy the service they provided and will definitely use them again in the future

These guys were great! We were having issue after issue with our refrigerator - and it was just not getting fixed. But, they kept coming out and repairing and trying to find the problem. After several service calls it is finally working! We truly appreciate all they have done. They took excellent care of us! I would recommend them to anyone!

We have used Ron's several times and they are honest and fair priced. Was told the service fee upfront and the diagnosis was correct the first time every time! We payed what the estimate was and both times they came back and installed the special orderd parts for no additional cost!

Great business, good advice, very practical. I used them on the dryer, and they told me not to fix the washer, it was not cost effective. Good advice. Okay, now a year later I am editing this to say more good things. This time I am in a rental house and they show up and fix it, right. They show up when promised. They either do the job or show up again. Nice people, so honest and reallyl good at what they do. Thank you, Ron's.

My dryer is a bit of a lemon and builds up lint on the fan blade despite us religiously cleaning off the lint on the vent insert. We had Ron's Appliance come out 3 times in the past 2 years. They could sense my frustration and, upon my request, were willing to walk me through the repair so that I can repeat the cleaning as-needed myself in the future. They also discounted the 3rd service call. Will use them in a heart beat in the future! Fair and honest local business.

My washer broke so I called the place I bought it from and they had a 2 week wait for repairs. So I called Ron’s Appliance and they said they had an opening in 2 days between 12-2pm. Alex, the repairman, rolled in my driveway at 11:55 and did a great job with the repair. He was very professional and kind and came back when the part came in and was very prompt with the second appointment time. I would highly recommend Ron’s Appliance.

Thank You for the assistance with getting our washer repaired! I called and spoke with them over the phone and they quickly gave a diagnosis over the phone of a broken shift actuator on the washer. Gave a quick walkthrough of how easy it was to replace the part myself. They ordered the part and it was in for pickup within 48 Hrs. I was able to install the new part myself within 15 minutes. Thanks so much for the help with ordering the part as well as offering the instructions to install it myself! Saved the time and money of a service call! You guys are awesome!

Called to ask for a repair service to come out and look at my dryer which had a gas smell only on the inside of the dryer. After talking through what I was seeing on the phone they asked if I had painted or stained in the house recently (I did) and that it may be causing the smell. Gave me a tip of get airflow into the laundry area and call back if the problem didn't resolve.

The issue did resolve over the course of the next week or two. Honestly just impressed that they were willing to give me that diagnosis over the phone and not send a tech out and charge me to tell me the same thing. Ron's will be the first place I call next time I have an issue with one of my appliances.

I called in today because we noticed our freezer in the fridge not holding to the temp. The gentleman who answered the phone walked me through what the potential issue was. He said that we may be better off for a replacement at that point because the part was so expensive. So glad I didn't feel pressured into a new repair for the price of a new fridge. He recommended Elder's in Grandville and boy they were amazing with all my questions and have an installation scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday! When our warranty expires, we plan to use Ron's because of their integrity and that one 5 minute phone call I had. Thank you, Ron's!
