    These guys are the absolute best! Our fridge stopped working on a Friday and they could not come out until the following week. But they did walk me through what to do get it running again until they could come out. When they did come, discovered that it wasn't a problem with the fridge, made sure it was working, and said no charge for the service call! Thank you so much!!!

    I'm a little frustrated because before I went to them people raved about how they would sometimes tell you what the problem is over the phone..but on Saturday when I called all the guy did was just ask what year and brand of wash machine I had. Very short, but ok thats fine. He told me a guy would come on monday. That was very prompt, so I was happy with that. However a guy came and literally all he did as walked downstairs, hung up my hose (the hose bt my wash machine and sump pump) and handed me a bill of $78. I get that companies do service charge, but really for that? That could have been explained over the phone. The guy was not even at my house for 10 minutes, and did absolutely no work. Anyways, when the guys moved the hose, the end of it moved and got stuck under the bobber thing on my sump pump making it so that it wouldn't work- which resulted in my basement flooding on that side by the wash machine, which got our carpet remnant soaking wet. Not sure if thats completely ruined.. I just can't believe I'm stuck paying $78 for them flooding my basement. Yep, maybe I would never have been able to know that the hose was the problem but it as YOUR guy that caused my basement to flood which was a huge mess, and possibly ruined my carpet for good.

    Ron's Appliance didn't properly complete a simple igniter install causing a fire in my oven to destroy many of the ovens parts including a gas valve that can not be replaced. They will not make things right. Since then Ron's Appliance has not called us once. We have called them several times over 7 weeks and every time we get excuses, broken promises, and No action. It is not appropriate of Ron's Appliance to expect a family of 5 with young children to wait weeks to have their oven repaired when Ron's Appliance is at fault for it being broken. Ron's Appliance even cashed our check after they botched the repair and we ended up paying for a service that destroyed more parts than what was originally broken. After 7 weeks now we still don't have a working oven and no idea when we will.

    I have used this company for years. I call them first when I have an appliance that needs repair. Today they came to "fix" my washer. Since it was just a switch that needed adjusting, it was fixed quickly and NO charge - not even for the service call! Yes, I will call them first next time as well!
