BIG LAKE APPLIANCE SERVICE is the best I have ever worked with. And I am old and have needed a LOT of appliance service! Big Lake is responsive and a great communicator! You call or text, they reply ASAP! I HAVE been a client of Bo and his expertise for well over a decade! All I can say is: Wow! I remain so, so impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, dedication, honesty, and technical sophistication!! And their fees are amazingly reasonable and fair! They don’t mark up replacement parts to Pluto (been there and done that with others!) and their expert labor or diagnosis fees are on the low end, while dealing with the “high end,” like Miele, Wolff, Sub-Z, etc. I highly recommend this family owned and dedicated business without any reservations! I rate them a TEN stars out of Five!!
