Nice technician and scheduled for next day which was great. Unfortunately charged a trip fee of $100 to come out and spend 7 minutes only to tell me to buy a new machine. Seems a bit predatory when not actually diagnosing and servicing the initial issue of concern.

Called Apex to order a part for my KitchenAid oven. "Glass Panel for upper door" I even provided the part number. The nice lady put me on hold for a few minutes and upon returning to the phone had theis to say. "The part you want has been discontinued and would have to be special ordered if she could find one. It will be three to four weeks and cost $175.00" I said thank you for your time and hung up. Went downstars to my computer and entered the part number and up popped no less than 6 different suppliers, with my part IN STOCK! I called the one advertising the best price, $59.00 delivered to my door! Duri g my conversation, the service rep tells me that the part was NOT discontinued and as a matter of fact, is a current part number being used on ovens manufacturered today! I'm seriously pissed! I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS FROM OR HAVE APEX DO ANY SERVICE WORK FOR ME, EVER AGAIN!

Fantastic service, very high recommended. Tom was on-time at the stated time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to resolve the issue with my freezer in no time. Tom came with all the parts needed and even had spare parts in his van and explained the issue and pointed on the problem in laymen terms. He even cleaned up his work area after he was done. Very efficient with his time and the cost for the labor and parts was actually much less than I expected for service calls in today's market. I cannot recommend Apex Appliance enough I will be using them in the future for my appliance repairs. Thanks again Tom, your work and professionalism was top notch. Cheers!

Our dishwasher quit working and having used Apex several years ago, I called them to schedule someone to come out and look at it. They had someone available within two days. James came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, purchased the replacement needed and let us know we would have it in a week. Just as he said, the office called, said the part was in and James was back the next morning to complete the repair. James was wonderful - fully masked, organized and incredibly helpful! We highly recommend Apex!

This is the second time we are using this company. The receptionist was really caring and worked with our schedule to accommodate me. Also gave us a call when the technician was on the way. Our technician, James was knowledgeable and very respectful. Reasonably priced and no hidden charges. I will recommend this place to my friends.
