First time using Apex appliance service. Mark the technician was very professional and friendly, he diagnosed the issue super quick and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Apex to all my friends and family.

Nice technician and scheduled for next day which was great. Unfortunately charged a trip fee of $100 to come out and spend 7 minutes only to tell me to buy a new machine. Seems a bit predatory when not actually diagnosing and servicing the initial issue of concern.

Called Apex to order a part for my KitchenAid oven. "Glass Panel for upper door"
I even provided the part number.
The nice lady put me on hold for a few minutes and upon returning to the phone had theis to say. "The part you want has been discontinued and would have to be special ordered if she could find one. It will be three to four weeks and cost $175.00"
I said thank you for your time and hung up.
Went downstars to my computer and entered the part number and up popped no less than 6 different suppliers, with my part IN STOCK!
I called the one advertising the best price,
$59.00 delivered to my door!
Duri g my conversation, the service rep tells me that the part was NOT discontinued and as a matter of fact, is a current part number being used on ovens manufacturered today!
I'm seriously pissed!
I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS FROM OR HAVE APEX DO ANY SERVICE WORK FOR ME, EVER AGAIN!
