The tech Jesse H was outstanding. Be aware that if parts are ordered and sent to your home address, you have to confirm receipt of parts or Sears will leave you hanging. Their automated appointment confirmation makes you beleive all is good but if you haven't confirmed receipt of parts you will not get serviced on your appointment day. Sears needs to do a better job here.

AJ was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only downside to his visit was its cost (for the amount of time actually spent and the cost of the part replaced), but it was a little easier to accept since AJ was the tech.
