Constraction reviews in Georgetown Township, Michigan

I had an amazing experience with Calderon Exteriors. They put a new roof on my house and garage. Kevin was very helpful and made this whole process stress-free. He took care of pretty much everything, and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. He also was very helpful in being able to push mu claim for a full replacement after my insurance applied partial coverage initially. The day the roof was worked on the workers did an amazing job with the work, and thoroughly cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend Calderon Exteriors and especially Kevin for your exterior homes needs.

Kevin met with my husband and me the day we called. He was very friendly and listened well! He asked a lot of questions and made some very helpful suggestions. He got our quote for remodeling our garage back to us in just 2 days and included exactly what we wanted in the quote. The roofing crew and siding crew were incredibly efficient and cleaned up after themselves daily. They sure do know what they are doing! They did not “cut any corners”! They made my vision for our old garage become a beautiful reality! I would not hesitate to call Kevin if we have any future work to be done!

We had a great experience working with Calderon Exteriors on replacing the roof on our home.
Kevin (project manager) was very knowledgeable about the process. He worked with our home insurance company to point out some weather damage that justified full coverage in the replacement cost. He organized and supervised an onsite crew that worked efficiently quickly to complete the project.
I highly recommend Calderon Exteriors to work on any of your exterior home improvement projects.

I’m so glad I happened to find Calderon Exteriors! Getting ready to sell my house and needed a couple of smaller repairs done—replacement of a damaged gutter and new wood fascia for the arch over my front porch. Both were taken care of professionally and efficiently, with high-quality work. They even found an excellent match for the fascia paint color. Miguel was easy to work with, friendly, and kept up great communication. I would absolutely recommend Calderon Exteriors to anyone, and I would definitely use their services again!

Had a wonderful experience with Calderon Exteriors. Highly recommend this team. Communication with Miguel was fantastic. He explained the options and was great to chat with. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. So pleased with the result!

We recently had our roof replaced by Calderon Exteriors, they did a great job. Kevin was professional and patient with us as we evaluated all options. The roof was completed the same day, they are quick and efficient! Would highly recommend Kevin and Calderon Exteriors!

I recently worked with Calderon Exteriors for a full roof replacement, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I primarily communicated with Kevin, who was exceptional—always quick to respond and patient in answering all my many questions.
Kevin and Miguel were very thorough in reviewing the roof damage and kept us updated with photos throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that they used drones to capture before, during, and after shots—it gave us peace of mind knowing exactly what was being done.
We chose Calderon Exteriors because of their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and competitive rates, and they truly delivered on every front. The team worked tirelessly to ensure our new roof was installed with care and precision. They also went above and beyond to protect our landscaping and made multiple passes to be sure no debris or nails were left behind.
What really impressed me was the follow-up—Kevin even came back a few days later to double-check everything and do another sweep himself. The communication was excellent, pricing and process were completely transparent, and they got us scheduled quickly.
They work with you on roof color options and bring samples so you can see exactly what you’re getting before committing. Their contracts and invoices are all electronic, which made it simple to review, sign, and save. Payment was flexible as well—they accept cash, check, or credit card. On top of that, they provide a warranty on both labor and shingles, which gave us extra confidence in our investment.
If you need a free inspection or assistance with an insurance claim, they are able to guide you through that process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that combines professionalism, quality work, and genuine care for their customers.

I highly recommend Calderon Exteriors! Miguel and his crew were awesome to work with — super friendly, on time, and did an amazing job on our roof. They finished everything in just one day and kept us updated the whole time. We even got before and after photos of the work. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

My wife and I had several companies out to quote our roof, detached garage and sun room. Miguel at Calderon was extremely personable, precessional and knowledgeable when he came out to quote the roof and we knew we wanted to have Calderon do the job.

From start to finish, we could not be happier with the level of service and the job the his crew did! Even more impressive, the whole job was completed in one day! The other companies said this was a multiple day job. Communication and the pictures Miguel provided throughout the job from the Drone were top notch.

Going forward Calderon will be who I recommend to friends and family to quote their job.

It sure would he nice if you’d come down and clean up all the dirt and gravel runoff the rains left from your boat launch. A wheelchair user couldn’t maneuver in this.

Very helpful advice

Best price around, very friendly and responsive, didn't leave a trace on my landscaping - Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish!! Cody and Parker were excellent to work with and to communicate with. Most definitely would recommend.

Does very clean work on repairing exterior foundation cracks. Good guys to work with. Reach out to them if you need some exterior foundation work done.

Parker is great to work with and continues to demonstrate a fair and good quality service. He's my go to guy when I need to refer out for this service.

Needed basement sealed after a water issue John fit me in next day. They did a great job and were very fair with the price. This is a bill I don't mind paying and a place I will do business with again. Thanks for everything. John Sobczak-Integrity Rental Source

We had two foundation cracks that were letting in some water. John came out, dug two holes and filled and sealed them. He put all the dirt and mulch back (you would never know that there were two giant holes in the ground). It was half the price of other quotes I had received and he was professional and responsive. Highly recommended

I had a few cracks in the foundation of my house and they did a great job sealing them from the inside and outside. Great customer service and quick scheduling. I highly recommend & will use again if needed!

I had a crack in my foundation that was leaking water. They came out quickly, looked everything over, and sent a proposal. The estimate was a good value for the work. The work was done well and fully documented with pictures. Would use again!

I highly recommend Georgetown Waterproofing. They came out to help me in 2010 after I got flooding in my basement. They quickly identified that it was one of my egress windows where the window well had been improperly built. They tore out the old one and built a new one properly to prevent further leakage, and we've never had the problem again. Then I recently had need of their services again and they again handled it with professionalism.

I moved into my home about a year ago now and had water leaking in this winter. I learned that the previous owner had a warranty through Georgetown Waterproofing, so I called them to see if they would come look at the problem that they had previously addressed.

There were other issues (sloping yard and clay soil) that were causing more water to come in. Georgetown Waterproofing stuck to their word and came back to my property to do a very large exterior waterproofing job (for free through the warranty) to prevent further water from leaking in. In addition to this, they even made certain to put my gate on my fence back even though it was quite a difficult job. They didn't just leave it though. They made sure that everything was working and looking good.

I highly recommend this company. They were good with their word and communicated well throughout the process!
