Had a vist for a refrigerator problem. Always used to use Kevin's Appliance through Decker and Sons. EXCELLENT service, solid workmanship and went the extra mile! THey will definatly be my go-to for appliance repair in the future!

West End repaired my dryer for me today, replacing a few worn parts that had become very screechy. They were timely, friendly, skilled, knowledgeable, and fair priced. I would highly recommend them.

We've had West End out twice for appliance repairs. Both times, Joe was our servicer and he was great! Professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

Scott was very helpful. He was able to fix our dryer and troubleshoot additional venting problems in a very short time-frame. From the phone call to the service we were happy with everything about West End, and will work with them in the future for appliance service.

Have worked with both Joe and Scott and can’t say enough about them. They have fixed several different appliance issues and one my my most important ones is my ice maker...sounds silly but I love my ice and Scott made a special trip when it was leaking water and fixed it after he got the parts needed. Always a quick turn around and I love that. Honest, fair, personal-able all around good guys.

I have had Scott come out to fix things at my house 3 times, Dryer, Dishwasher & Fridge. He is easy to work with, gives fair estimates, on time and a great guy. West End Appliance will be the first company I call when I have issues w/ any appliances in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Scott twice now. He came to our house in 2018 to repair an older dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable in the field and never seem like he rushed his process. He had a very high attention to detail with the blueprint. Ended up finding out that the board on the dishwasher was broken and replaced that. That repair gained us FOUR more years of functional dishwashing. Fast forward to 1/26/23. He came today again for the same dishwasher and troubleshot a few things. Replaced a part and it is up back and working AGAIN. This dishwasher is around 10 years old and is getting close to the end of its life. But this has saved me TWICE from unnecessarily purchasing a brand new dishwasher! I will always use Westend appliance for all of our appliances. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Scott came to fix our ice maker today. Efficient, friendly, good pricing, fair. Needed 1 part, he explained the issue clearly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Joe was incredibly professional and I was really impressed by how fast he was able to come out to look at my dishwasher...the very next morning after I called. He was thorough in looking for a solution to the problem and he was honest about it being more cost-effective to buy a new unit than try to fix the existing one. West End Appliance was priced reasonably and I will be a returning customer whenever any of my other appliances start malfunctioning.

I called West End Appliance on the recommendation of friends and their high rating from other customers. I was not disappointed. When I called the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I gave her a list of the symptoms and asked for an estimate based on what I expected the problem to be. Joe called later that day and, based on the symptoms, estimated the cost and suggested that, rather than hiring them to come and look at my washer (and pay the service fee), I consider buying a new one. He was comfortable suggesting a few models I might consider and some local stores that might carry them.

Joe visited my home 3 times to assess and fix my cold and shrieking Haier dryer, and after a few weeks of use, I am happy to report it's hotter and quieter than ever! He wasn't satisfied with an "OK" repair -- a perfect repair was the only option and I'm so appreciative of his hard work and dedication. Thank you!!

Joe was quick to diagnose the problem with our Samsung Dishwasher. He was polite and respectfully communicated what direction to go in with replacing our appliance. We will definitely be going through West End Appliance again after our positive experience with Joe.

I've called West End Appliance several times over the years for everything from my dishwasher to washer and dryer. I recently thought my washing machine was broken after we'd had to move it around for basement work, and Scott came and realized that we just had to move my utility sink so the drain was in the right place so the water could empty. It was a very heavy sink, and Scott came back that afternoon with Joe and together they moved it back, got the hose placed again and installed a part to keep the water flowing smoothly. I was really impressed with the customer service and teamwork coming back after hours to help with the job, and will continue to use this company for future appliance needs!

I cannot say enough about West End Appliance. They came within an hour of me calling initially. Scott was great to communicate with, and Joe was a phenomenal service man. Joe tested out everything and diagnosed our issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and kind. I will always choose West End for any of my future appliance repair needs.

Scott has fixed several of our appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, laundry units) over the past few years. (Yeah, I bought LG, I know...) Always excellent service, I know I can trust him and that counts for a lot.

edit to add: lately, we've thrown him some wrinkles on some complicated/unusual appliances (washer/dryer in one, for instance) and he always figures it out. He's probably saved me thousands over the past few years in keeping our appliances working.

I found West End Appliance through a google search and was impressed by the reviews. We needed a dishwasher repair. Lyn was prompt to call me back and very kind on the phone arranging my appointment. I was not home at the time of my service but my mother in law said Joe was great, thorough and took the time to explain the issue. My 3 yr old and his cousin were fascinated and were allowed to “help”. They got their toy power tools and Joe let them pretend to drill in screws. He also didn’t ask for payment until he knew the issue was fixed. So happy I found this business and will definitely use them again in the future!

This by far has been the best appliance repair company I have ever worked with. The whole team (Brenda, Lyn, Joe, and Scott) are absolutely amazing which includes fair pricing. I highly recommend this team.

They recently helped us with a draining issue with our washer and got it operational. They also noticed another issue and recommended to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.

We appreciated the good service.

I had spoke with the office staff and as I am a very mechanical person I spent a period of time working on my bosch dishwasher with the guidance of the tech support. I tried everything they suggested and no luck but when West End Appliance called to answer some basic questions about the service all and cost the staff said Joe one of the guys she said he would speak to me about the issue I was having we talked for a few minutes and he had the issue out and the dishwasher was repaired so quickly. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and that is a rare thing to experience nowadays. It's fixed and I can't thank them enough for the professionalism and how they handled this situation. I am and will be a customer for life and someone who I will recommend as long as I am around. Thank you thank you and what a great company to work with.
