We needed to replace 3 toilets. Ace Handyman set a time for the craftsman to come and arrived few minutes early. After the introduction and review of the work to be done, Mark R did a professional job in installing the 3 toilets and checking his work in 3 hours as was quoted. It turned out that Mark have been doing this work for some 20 years. We highly recommend Mark.

Ralph was amazing and did superior work. Nicest man also, came back multiple times having to let sealant dry overnight. Great work ethic and reliable.

Terry and his crew did an amazing job of replacing and patching in sections of drywall that had been lost to black mold.They painted the entire interior of the condo in two weeks flat, from quote to finish. It looks brand new! I could not be more delighted. I give them a SIX star recommendation!

David came to patch faulty drywall seams, patch a few holes and paint walls and ceilings. His work is impeccable. The drywall seams have disappeared and his painting is beautifully done. His experience in choosing paint types and colors was also most helpful. I highly recommend him!

I had Terry and his team from Ace Handyman Services in Grand Rapids, MI, do a variety of tasks around my house in Caledonia, MI including fixing various boards on my deck, fixing gates on my deck, putting up vinyl boards where woodpeckers had caused damage, drywalling and sanding where a room heater was in the wall, some small electrical work in my house, and adding some barriers to keep my yellow lab out of certain areas around my house. Terry and his team did a great job and he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is satisfactory. He is very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him and his team.
