Procare is a very reliable snowplowing service company for our church. They were able to plow per a detailed snowplow schedule we requested and did a thorough job. The minor damage to the grass was promptly repaired in the spring without our having to ask. We look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

In late April 2026, Procare Landscape Management was performing mowing services for my employer. As they exited the parking lot island next to my vehicle, a rock was kicked up and struck my rear window. I noticed a dent and initial cracking in the window while driving home that evening. By the following day, the rear window had completely spider‑webbed and shattered, leaving a large hole and rendering my vehicle undrivable.
I would like to specifically recognize Procare Landscape Management—and particularly Jason Miller—for their professionalism throughout this situation. They accepted responsibility for the incident without hesitation and fully covered the cost of the rear window replacement. While this was an unfortunate event, their prompt communication, accountability, and outstanding customer service made the experience far less stressful.
