Multiple issues with my new build house, they forgot to cut a hole for my dryer vent, so the hot, humid air was venting to my basement. Also incorrectly installed a roof vent boot, which leaked, causing water damage to my interior ceiling. Response to the response - quote from roofer 'the plumbers put this boot on'

We worked directly with Todd and his team on our bathroom remodel recently and they went above and beyond! They were so helpful for us in thinking through every detail (esp with my 6' 5" husband) and stayed flexible for the final installation date. Will be absolutely using them moving forward and can't recommend enough!
