I had a gentleman out to give me a quote for a new furnace and adding central air. He was on time and thorough, told me to give him to the end of the next day and I would have my quote. Given that he came on a Thursday, I figured there was a possibility that I wouldn't get my quote until the next week. I waited until end of day Tuesday, still no quote, so I emailed just following up, never got a response back. I found this unprofessional. I definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.

One of the nicest companies you will ever work with. They laid out everything in a clear manner that let me chose a good path. They wont pressure you in to a decision. Got an entirely new furnace in 2 days after the initial inspection, very quick work and the techs informed me about all the details of my new system. Highly recommended.

My A/C stopped working right on the front end of the longest string of 90 degree days I can remember. I called Redmon in the morning and Buck was at my house the same day. He fixed my problem in about 20 minutes, and the charge was very reasonable. Very happy with everything, Redmon will definitely be my first call for anything HVAC related!
