I messaged at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 regarding a furnace not working. I was told a technician would arrive between 12 - 4p.m. to troubleshoot. A technician never showed up. I did not hear from the company. I have a baby, less than 2 weeks old in my home. It is December in northern Michigan and my furnace is not working. This company left me completely high and dry. Thankfully I have family in the area. Please go elsewhere.

Super unreliable messaged with them set up a quote and nobody ever showed two hours later they said they would call and never did i wouldn't trust them to do anything

They were quick and efficient. It was a holiday weekend and they were still able to make it to my house fast and fix the problem quickly with my furnace. Would definitely recommend

Please stay away! Quoted 1300 for a repair, that another company did for 460$ quoted just over 9k to install a new furnace, and would not provide a itemized quote. Absulute crooks. For context on the install its only a 1200 square ft house with no major hurdles.

Norato was great, very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Even though we ran into an issue with getting tankless water heater working, he kept working on it and came out an extra day to get it up and running.

I called Peak Heating and Cooling because my furnace was not heating and they were quick to get a service technician at my front door to get our furnace repaired! Will definitely call them and recommend them for any future furnace repairs.

I've never had to have a repair person come to my house before. I was not notified of service charge just for showing up. However the technician was very polite and informative. The owner did contact me also and made things right.
