After finding out they rescheduled our appointment and rescheduling another day they promptly came out but didn’t have the notes for install. So after a few more hours the job was finished. They came back the next day to fix the leak they caused( after other emergency calls they had). Otherwise a 5 star.

Did a very good job.He unplugged our kitchen sink and took time to answer a few question .He left everything clean.Very happy with it....Will definitely call again.....

This company went out of their way to replace our hot water heaters on a Friday before Christmas. Finished the job timely. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend them.

I had a blocked pipe for kitchen sink/ tub . Mike was great in trouble shooting to find out where it was blocked to clear it. He even put my sink pipes and tub overflow back together that I took apart. He is a hard worker. I highly recommend Mike and R&P. He was done in under an hour including putting my mess back together. Cleaned up and out the door.

Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got here early, got the job done, and explained what we needed to do long term. Very kind young man!

Blocked kitchen drain not as easy as we thought. After a second visit problem solved. Our grateful thanks to service techs Mike and Tim. We have used Russell Plumbing and Heating since before 2007 and will continue to do so. Great service at reasonable prices..!

Tyler was a very professional yet friendly service technician. He diagnosed the problem through careful examination and he did just leave my house, but the furnace that was not producing heat this very cold day now is so I and my wife especially will be thrilled! Thanks Tyler!!

Called them at 8am due to no heat overnight and then came out as soon as they could! The service technician was very helpful and explained everything during the process. Affordable and got the heat working within the hour.

Tyler was here on time. He answered every question I had to help me understand how to take care of my furnace. He was very kind & patient.

Called on the Oct. 20 needing to set up getting furnace switched over to natural gas and plumbed in they ran gas to us this summer was told they would need to write up an estimate and they asked for my email address gave it to them couldn't understand how they could write estimates and didn't come out to see it but you have worked on furnace last year and tech. did take down info.on furnace for future use . Called Wednesday oct.22 when I hadn't received any email was told I had to make appt.to get estimate made appt.for Oct 29 tech.came out took info.said it shouldn't take long and I informed him my tank is on 20 percent said we should be ok it wouldn't take long Called today Oct 31 to try and see what the estimate will be I'm retired fixed income trying to make sure I set aside the money for this and I'm told could take two weeks to get this estimate and then order parts and set up apps.to install since I've already paid for 105.00 for service call I don't want to have another company come out and do it but in the future will not have you working on any of my stuff it's just the furnace you going maybe 3 feet to where meter will be and changing the furnace over not rocket science not happy with any of the service and should of been able to set first apps on the 20th instead of the 24th wasted a week maybe no one will read this and I don't care got this off my chest but would never recommend you to anyone kind of being held hostage

Great experience! They showed up on time, diagnosed the furnace issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and the furnace is running perfectly now.

Horrible company! I was quoted $120/hour. I was charged $160/hour. They said their new person misquoted the price. Their manager won't even call me back to discuss this matter. The tech was great! The management sucks!

I never received a voice message explaining that you gave me the wrong price. You called the wrong number or you are lying. The service was done on a friday night and I sent you a text that night. I gave you a call on monday morning. You overcharged me $90. You've made no attempt to fix this. I gave you the opportunity to give me a part instead of a refund and you refused that as well.

Russell heating was able to come at a moments notice today as our contractor unexpectedly had a time slot to build and bring in a new vanity for our bathroom. Wham bam! Vanity is in, plumbed, and she will be pleasantly surprised when she gets home from work tonight. Thank you, Russell Heatingfor making this turn out for a nice surprise!!😇❤️

Right from the call with the young lady who makes appointments to the arrival of Tyler your repair provider and his kind attitude I was very impressed. If all your service workers are like them, then you have a great staff.

Drain seems to be working once again and thank you to the plumber that helped us out with that as he was dedicated to getting the sink back in working order. I am mad at myself because I didn’t remember to give him the $10 coupon, as that would have been a little savings for us.

They arrived promptly and were very professional. He showed me what the issue was so that I could prevent it from happening again when I change the filter on my whole house humidifier

Rod went above and beyond. I called about a humidifier issue. He solved that easily and while he was here offered to do a check and make sure my furnace was running smoothly before our Michigan winter ramped up. Thank you!

The repairmen have always been knowledgeable, professional, as well as ensuring the area where they worked was clean and restored. The office staff are customer oriented and a valuable resource for the company. They have replaced my hot water heater, installed a new thermostat, and recently installed a new furnace. Great company to do business with and highly recommend.
