Awesome experience!! Our heat was going off and on, called Expert and they wanted us to replace the entire furnace for $4000, called Tom, found out the filter was clogged, he cleaned it for $100….saved us $$$…call Tom!

My furnace stopped working and my friend recommended these guys. I called around and everyone had appointments in a week. They came two days after I called. I had a burnt wire, so no parts. $100 later and I was off to the races. They were honest, some other company would’ve probably ripped me off costing me hundreds of dollars.

I called and they were available the next day. Great service. They were very polite and professional. Furnace repairs can be very costly and they gave us a very reasonable price to replace our blower motor. They had it done in two hours. I would highly recommend them.

I used Family Heating and Cooling 3 years ago. The service person that worked on my generator, was drunk!! Failed to put in enough oil!! Generator would start shut off due to the low oil sensor you did not change the air filter or the spark plugs??? Family Heating Cooling sent out another service person and he told me everything that was wrong with the generator Servicing so they did the second service call at no charge!!! Beware beware watch the service person. Don't know the damage to my generator after all the fail starts and all the brownouts lights N1 smoke detector bit the Dust do the brownouts

My furnace stopped working last night. I’m pretty handy and tried my best to fix it, but didn’t have any luck. Tom came out a few hours after I called and I am so grateful to have contacted him! He’s extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality plus he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg like most people!

Our air conditioner wouldn't come on after the 4 day power failure this past week. Called Tom Jones and he and his partner came out within an hour and figured out the problem. They needed to get some repair work done off site on the unit and returned the very next day. It was up and running within a half hour. Unbelieveable service!!!! We were amazed and so thankful. The price was so reasonable. Don't call anyone else!!! These guys are the best.

Our heater stopped working on a cold Sunday. Called Tom Jones who was on his way to his Moms to watch a Lyons game but still stopped over. Diagnosed the problem right away, ordered the part, and came out Monday to repair it. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and price was very reasonable.

Yesterday morning I reached out to Tom because my air conditioning unit was not cooling the house. We had been in house temp of 90 degrees and using standing fans as we tried to self diagnose and make small repairs. After changing the filter and the thermostat, I had to reach out to a professional. Luckily, my in-laws gave me this young man’s card. I called the next morning and he came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the bad part and luckily had a replacement part with him. By 10 pm the house was cold again!!! He was very professional, relatable and very reasonable. If I had known how decent his fees were I would have called him on day one. I will definitely use Jones Family Heating and Cooling again.

Tom came the same day and on a Sunday. He fixed our air conditioner quickly and efficiently and a very good price. Very nice young man. I would recommend this company.
