My AC suddenly stopped turning on. I called them in the evening and got a call back that same evening to try a few things. They ensured I got a call first thing in the morning to schedule and had a technician fixing the issue by the afternoon. Great turnaround time and professional service from Randall.

We had to replace the AC Unit at our new condo. Eastside Heating and Cooling team members, from Randy, Dan and Chris in our home to Danielle in the office were professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get us cool air again. We'll be sticking with them for all our heating and cooling needs!

Randall was personable. He was friendly. Very neat. (I appreciated that.) But...YO!!! He knew what the hell he was doing!!! I'd been sweating with no AC for 2 weeks. 2 other companies failed to figure it out. He did immediately. Can't say enough good about Eastside!

We did not get our furnace running for enough heat. Randy had to go out to 14 Mike and John R. to gr a part that ultimately did not have the part and had to be ordered. He may get the part next week.
Service call of no heat.
This is the second time he has been to our home and the second time we were given a bill for a service call.
Randy was frustrated!

Our 4 year old furnace (that has never had any problems) went out last night after being "serviced" with a $200 charge TWO weeks ago by Eastside Heating and cooling. When we had a technician out today, he didn't have the part and wanted to charge us again for "service & labor". When we called customer service to dispute the charge we were hung up on. We have 3 small children whose bedroom got down to 59 degrees last night.

Kevin was great, we had been faithful to Rick at Detroit Gas Burner and was nervous to switch. Kevin was very knowledgeable answered all my questions in great detail, he actually knew what he was talking about you could tell he cared

First time we used Eastside Heating. Randall, our technician, was timely, efficient and friendly. The charge for annual service on our two furnaces was very reasonable.

Randy was as nice to work with as possible. He showed me things about my furnace that I did not know and appreciated learning about. He cleaned everything up and turned off the lights in the basement when he was done, which I appreciated.

Eastside Heating and Cooling is what a service company should be, and more! We had to replace the AC in our 100 year old home… the new system is 2-3 more efficient, their pricing was competitive, but more importantly, they were professional, organized and on-time. I have already recommended them to several people, and they all say the same thing… This is an amazing company, that takes care of their people, and has a great leader… thanks for helping us be more comfortable!

We have a 100 year old boiler in our townhouse in GP. This was our first experience with Eastside since they acquired Detroit Gas Burner. The technician, Kevin was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have someone to continue caring for our vintage heating system!

Eastside did fantastic work for me, my wife, and even her mother. I would highly recommend Eastside for all HVAC needs. They offer an excellent price, are knowledgeable, and clean. They are by far better than previous contractors that we have hired. We will be using them in the future if needed.

Kevin was very considerate and polite. He called ahead and asked if it would be convenient if he came a bit early, which I really appreciated, since early was better for me. He was thorough and suggested that since the filters had been changed in the Spring, it didn’t make sense to change them so soon again, thus saving me money. Again, this was greatly appreciated.

Kevin arrived in the appointment time slot and got right go work. He inspected my furnace and advised that the filter did not need to be replaced. He left the space in good order. Thank you
