Landscaping reviews in Hazel Park, Michigan

The Grow Garden team did a fantastic job in the yard!! We had some struggles with the weather as well as the grade initially, but the team came through and made a yard that really shines in the neighborhood.

We had Grow Earth do an artificial turf install in our backyard. Manu was very responsive in coming out to do the estimate and during the whole process. The team that installed the turf was extremely meticulous and detail oriented. They also arrived on schedule and kept the job site very clean. Certainly recommend them if you're interested in a turf install in metro Detroit.

Manu and the crew at Grow Earth regraded my lot and installed sod. The team was very professional and Manu was extremely conscientious and very focused on getting the job done correctly. I highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. Manu, Thanks Again for a job well done!

Manu and his team is great. They worked with my deck builder so he could add the deck posts before the patio was laid. Manu's team went over and above to help the deck builder. Much appreciated. Very professional and punctual. They always accommodated our last minute requests to the best of their ability. Highly recommend.

Grow Landscape Design did a superb job installing sod in our backyard. Communication was clear & prompt, pricing was reasonable, and job was done professionally. Manu is an expert on sod installation (they grow sod themselves, so know all about it). W
e recommend his work highly, and would use him again in a heartbeat. He even texted us a week later to make sure we were watering properly!

We really enjoyed working with Manu and his crew, it was fun to work with Grow Earth!! We were struggling to find a company to complete our backyard project in time for Son’s high school graduation in July. Manu was booked for entire season but when he heard about graduation party, he agreed to squeeze in our project and asked us (me and my wife) to chill and he’ll get it done. Well, it was easier said than done due to unstoppable rain, every time the land would dry enough to get grading started, it would start raining again.
Manu took care of every little details of the project, had to bring a lot of dirt and top soil, owned the projects from homeowners perspective and got it done in time for our memorable event. Thank you Manu, it was great working with you and would love to work with you guys again, wishing you all the best for future projects!!!

Grow Garden and Landscape did an amazing job on our patio in Birmingham. They were professional, easy to work with, and finished everything on time. The quality of the work is excellent — the patio looks beautiful and was built to last. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great landscaping work.

Requested a consultation for a paver patio installation and Manu and his team responded quickly and were able to bring my ideas to life. Professional, prompt, and excellent work. Will be using Grow Earth for all future projects.

Manu and his crew were excellent to work with! He worked with VERY meticulous friends of ours, so we knew he had to be top notch for them to recommend him! And of course he didn’t disappoint.

I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to complete the job, the work was outstanding, better than I could have imagined, and his prices are reasonable. Win-Win-Win! We only did the backyard this year and are already on his schedule for next summer to redesign our front yard.

(Please disregard the furniture, still looking for the perfect set to fit the space)

Just had Grow Garden out to resod my backyard. Couldn’t be happier. Manu and Trent were great to work with. Despite the rain we were getting, they were able to get the job done. Very professional. Would highly recommend them

Manu and his crew did a great job with our new construction lot. There was a ton of material and debris to pull out. They took the grade from rough to smooth and made sure to get it just right. On top of that, the price and service were great compared to everyone else we talked with. I'd definitely recommend them.

Manu and his crew are FANTASTIC! They were fast, professional, clean, did exactly what we were imagining, and at a super affordable price! Great experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hi, I just wanted to share the before and after of our yard. Our puppy had erased any bit of grass we had in our backyard. We talked to a lot of different contractors about what to do with our yard. Some said use pavers or artificial grass. But Manu and his team suggested that we sod the yard. They believed it was the most cost-efficient and best looking way to handle the yard. And they were right!

I would highly recommend Manu and the entire Grow Earth team! I hired Grow Earth to install a patio and seating wall in my backyard and it turned out even better than I expected. Initially I met with Manu to discuss my ideas for the project and he was very helpful & professional. He walked me through his entire process and showed me countless examples of patio projects that he has done in the past. This was very helpful when it came time for me to choose the type of brick for my patio. It was very obvious that Grow Earth had many years of quality experience installing patios, seating walls, steps, etc. After Manu and I had finalized the details of my project his crew quickly came in to get everything prepped and ready for installation. Everyone on the crew was extremely helpful and polite. They kept my backyard neat and tidy throughout the entire process and were able to answer whatever questions I had along the way. I am very pleased with how the patio turned out and I can't wait to enjoy some time outside this summer.

We had water in our basement and our yard sloped towards the house causing excess water to gather every time there was a storm. After waterproofing didn't help, we contacted Manu at Grow Earth to see if leveling the yard would help with the problem. He came out to survey and gave suggestions and started to plan. Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns.

The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

Manu and his team are incredible!! We were at the mercy of a sod farm with shade mix grass, and Manu kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I got the type of grass I wanted. The installation was perfect and the team informed me on aftercare before leaving. Manu even reached out a few weeks later to check in on how the grass was doing. 10/10 they’ve got a customer for life

Can't speak more highly of this crew, their work ethic, attention to detail, and quality of work. They were tidy between phases of the job, transparent on what was being done throughout, and the final product exceeded expectations. Look forward to calling them for future projects!

I had a great experience working with this landscaping company! Jason was especially helpful — he was super communicative throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and making sure everything went smoothly. The team did an excellent job, and I really appreciated how easy it was to work with them. Highly recommend!

When I found Grow Earth and saw that basically every review was 5 stars I was honestly skeptical at first. Working with contractors over the past couple years has often been challenging for us and it was hard to believe a company could actually hit it out of the park every time. But Grow Earth 100% does, they were amazing from day one and incredibly responsive.

Manu felt like a creative partner helping us to figure out what made sense for our space and budget, it was great. He came out at least three times during the planning process and made sure we were on the same page at every step. He was professional and his crew was kind and incredibly good at what they do. They completed a large brick paver patio and walkway for us in practically a weekend. Super kind, went above expectations with quality and customer service. We cannot recommend Manu enough.

You'll probably read this in Grow Earth reviews.... "Manu & his team are the BEST contractors we've ever worked with!" We started working with them last fall when we wanted to get new sod for our front lawn. As you can see from the pictures included with this review, it was in bad shape. We had tried everything we could think of over the past several years to repair the lawn and get rid of the grubs and other things that were damaging the lawn. NOTHING WORKED. So, we hired Grow Earth to put in a new sod for us and we couldn't be happier. The picture posted of our new lawn is 1 year after it was installed. As you can see for yourself, it's doing wonderful.

This year we decided to tackle the back yard and put in new landscaping along the sides and back fence line of our property. Manu put us in touch with Bob, Grow Earth's Landscape Designer. The best part of working with Bob is that he really LISTENED to what we wanted in our new landscape. When he showed us the drawings he designed specifically for us, we didn't change a thing.... well, maybe one thing. We switched out a couple of service berry trees. We have this things about trees that have berries. :) At any rate, Manu and his team did a wonderful job of installing all the trees, shrubs, grass, etc. according to Bob's drawing. Bob also had coordinated with Wilcox Bros. to install landscape lighting. We are happy he thought to do this. We can enjoy our new landscaping day and night!

I’m extremely pleased with the brick paver patio recently installed by Grow Earth! They addressed a drainage issue and transformed an unusable eyesore into an inviting outdoor space. Manu and his team were polite, professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Grow Earth to anyone looking for a top quality competitively priced landscaping company!
