The guy came out at the scheduled time and repaired my furnance. I had an airflow issue, so he first cleaned out the system. Later in the day, the furnance stopped working, so he came back out that night at no extra charge and fixed the pitch on the vent, and checked out anything else that could still be affecting the furnance. I will definitely use New Evolution again.
