We have been customers for two years and can highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services. Every cleaner who has come through our house does an amazing job. Right now, during the COVID crisis, they are using commercial antibacterial products, but what attracted us to them in the beginning is their use of natural products using essential oils which are safe for pets and humans.

We were gifted a couple sessions and couldn’t be happier with what we received. The only reason I didn’t check the value button was because we don’t actually know what the costs were. I’d say in all likelihood, it was well worth it though because they did a fantastic job and allowed us extra time together as a family which to me is priceless!

I want to write and express my appreciation to Sarah and Madeline who cleaned my home in Oakdale. My house is sparkling thanks to them. They are professional, knowlegable, friendly and went above and beyond. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend their services.

Once I could get on their schedule for regular cleanings, they were very easy and flexible to work with. Their cleaners were always professional and receptive to any feedback I gave. I was never disappointed with a cleaning. I've used them 4-5 times in as many months and I would definitely recommend their services.

Sparkle Cleaning is a professional company that does their best to fulfill your needs. When there is an issue they have always taken care of it to my satisfaction. To me that's the mark of a good company.

Sage has cleaned for us twice. She does quality work. We hope she gets scheduled with us permanently.

I have been trying to convince my husband to get a cleaning service for years!!! We got a promotion for Sparkle Plenty and it was just the push i needed!! Emily and Tyler both came and deep cleaned our home. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they were fun and personable! Thank you both for officially getting my husband on my side! Ann at Lakeside Cleaning Services is AMAZING! She’s thorough in cleaning, and she’s attentive to details. Ann’s also responsive to feedback and is willing to explore alternative cleaning solutions when facing tough situations (e.g., hard water stains). Ann services both our home and Airbnb, and we’ve consistently received high-marks for cleanliness since Ann’s been working with us. We would recommend Ann without hesitation!

Update: everything has gotten better and Ann has taken some money off a cleaning for scheduling issues! Wants to make things right so that makes a difference. :)

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cleaning company. When Ann showed up, she cleaned my house so well. Ann was nice and communicated well. I have tried several times nicely in July to have her clean but she “no showed” on multiple occasions even after apologizing and rescheduling. I guess she just really didn’t want my business. I was really hopeful it would work out but I need something more consistent.
