Brian Saxton ran all new waterlines in our cottage this summer. He did outstanding work and was incredibly responsive. I'm so grateful to have had such a trustworthy, hardworking and responsive partner to work with. His communication was outstanding, professional and much appreciated.

My tech arrived late, shined a light under my dishwasher for less than a minute, and then said I needed a new dishwasher and that the leak would stop if I quit using the old one, and did absolutely nothing. Quoted me $443.58 to install a new one, and only didn't charge me for a service call if I committed to him installing the new one.

I then spent an entire day shopping for a new dishwasher and found out dishwasher installations anywhere else are under $200. Thankfully didn't buy one right away because the leak continued to soak my floor even though I didn't run the dishwasher.

By now it was Labor Day Weekend so no other plumbers were answering their phone. So I went on social media asking for help and a real plumber responded and did me a huge favor and came over anyhow.
Turns out it was just a leaking hose, and fixed it for just $100.00

Don't waste time with Saxton Services and use a real plumber.

They did a great job. Fast, friendly, efficient and informative. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very responsive to our call!! We had pipes break and they said they be here next morning and they were. Love how they emailed us also!!! I will call them again!!!

Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to us what was going on with our water softner. He didn’t feel that we had a problem and was reassuring that we did not need to do anything at this time.

Called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled appt. Four days with no hot water, so I said yes. Identified the hidden leak quickly and repaired it. Crawl space work and never complained. These are my go to plumbers from now on.

Make sure to let customers know how often to clean tank even if has city hookup. I knew nothing about maintenance on these pumps or holding tank. Thanks a bunch for ur hard/dirty work 🙌 GREATLY APPRECIATED

I use Saxton Services for plumbing services for all my rental properties. Most recently Saxton Services did a terrific job installing a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. I called them on Monday and they scheduled the install on Wednesday or 48 hours later. The water heater was expertly installed on Wednesday as promised at a fair price. In addition, Saxton Services inspected the plumbing on this recently purchased house and brought to my attention several drains and water lines that were “do it yourself” or DIY jobs by a previous owner and not done according to plumbing code so will need replaced.
