Last month we had some issues with our air. Vredevoogd was scheduled to come out and fix it. They called and came out sooner than originally assigned. Replaced a couple of things and we were good to go. Really nice tech. The air went out again this past weekend (another hot one). I called Vredevoogd and again they ended up calling us back and coming out sooner than first scheduled. Something blew and the tech reset it. NO CHARGE since they had recently been out. Another great guy! This is one fine company!! Many thanks for the cool air this summer!!!

Nothing but good things to say. I never like too spend money on service but talking to everyone involved I felt very comfortable that I was getting the best advice. Everyone seems to really like their work and care for the customer

Colton gave us great service when he came to service our furnace. He also effectively answered any question we had regarding the remaining life of our equipment.

Great next day service! Cameron L. was even early for my appointment! He fixed all that was needed & got my A/C running perfectly before the big heat wave. Steve came for the $98 tuneup and discovered corrosion that was risky to continue using my 19 year old furnace
He gave me good information to determine what would be a good solution at a very reasonable price and scheduled a new install the next day
Denny and his install team completed the install by 3pm and gave me a review of the install and operation and gave me the opportunity to ask questions
For an event that I wasn’t planning to need the timing was perfect and service was great
A friend referred me to Vredevoogd and I will do the same if the opportunity comes along

Timely, competent and courteous. Vredevoogd has been providing excellent service to our home for nearly 20 years.

We enrolled in the club membership. This was the first visit for AC tune up maintenance. Service tech, Colton, did a really good job. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with thorough responses that were easy to understand. He provided a complete explanation of the diagnosis results and what he did.

Vredevoogd heating and cooling has now added plumbing to their services. They are definitely my go to. Had them replace two corroded faucets and couldn’t be more pleased.

The repairman was knowledgeable. He answered all our questions with patience. We really appreciate his kind manner.

In an hour Cameron fixed the same issue that it took a different company 4 visits and it still wasn't resolved last year. And along with it gave me a very helpful understanding of what the issue was and why my furnace was acting the way it was in the first place.

My only thought is that he was scheduled to check our AC unit when the heating season is nearly upon us. One would think the AC would be more appropriately checked in March or April, and the furnace would be checked in the fall, like September or October.

Admittedly, I'm not a heating/cooling expert, but flipping the schedule makes more sense to me. Thanks.Steve was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks.
