I have three kids and have been without heat since November 14th. He seems to think was no big deal even with the snow rolling in. Then when he does decide to show two hours late to my appointment because of a no heat call (remind you me out since November 14th) he brings a fence WAY to small to heat my home and then doesn't even bother to hook it up all the way. Mind you. These is just a run down of the story. An only gets worse. Might I add it's still not fixed!!!!!!!!
