My water heater went out suddenly, and Reliable was able to come out that day to check out the damage and install a new unit the next morning. Chase and River were excellent and handled getting a second replacement unit after the first was damaged extremely professionally. They also performed additional work to get the rest of my HVAC system up to code at no additional charge. Thank you so much!!

We are finishing our basement and needed air ducts, vents, a bathroom fan, and cold air returns installed. We knew this this portion of the remodel was not going to be a DIY job by any means. I was referred to Reliable by a friend of mine who sent them my contact information per my request. Within 5 minutes I received a message from Tom Mellema asking how he could help! He was able to come to our house the next day for a consult and we received a detailed quote that afternoon. I was also impressed that they were able to start the job the very next week. They completed the extensive work in less than 2 days, left no signs of a mess, and the price was very fair. Reliable did a great job. Kenton showed up within a day to give us a quote for an ac unit. We received the quote by the next business day. We accepted and they were here 2 days later installing the unit. They were efficient, professional, and very nice to work with. Definitely calling them again for more ac and furnace needs. I recommend them for your next heating and cooling needs.
