Reviews of local pros in Inkster, Michigan

I called the front desk and requested an 8 x 8 drain that he said he had in stock. I drove 40 miles to pick it up and he ends up giving me a 12 x 12“ drain. I asked him why did he say he had something in stock when he didn’t his response was I figured I could get you to come in and sell you what I had instead. He was extremely rude on the phone and at the place. I really hope the owner reaches back out and figures out what’s up with his staff before he loses more customers! He even said now you know not to come here again!?

Had a good experience here today. They were able to provide me with some plumbing parts I wasnt able to find elsewhere.

Thanks

I needed to pick up some plumbing parts for a job I was doing. The slim older guy claimed he did not have any of the plumbing supplies/parts I needed. To make matters worse, his customer service was drier than a rice cake.

I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone or at the desk, but both were knowledgeable and very professional. Give them your business.

Great service! They have what you need, in stock! Better prices than Home depot, or Lowe's. Will always come here first! Thank you Liberty...
Update: back for a second time today. But different guy, as I'm buying the item needed, he say we don't sell to the public! Like I was an inconvenience, just because I only need 1 and not 10 doesn't mean my money isn't good! .. Maybe I won't be back! Now 3⭐

This is a great outfit. I live, basically on the other side of town, pass by 3 or 4 big box stores, plus a ton of hardware stores to shop there. When you really need something, and need to be absolutely sure of it's quality and value, plus if you want outstanding advice, this is the place to go. Plus, they are just plain ole' kind to everybody. If you can't find it here, you might as well book passage on the Space Shuttle, cause it probably ain't here on Earth!

Great guys at the counter Tim and of course the old man from the old man

Commercial plumbing supply that also does counter sales.

They have it.

Delivered a semi load of water heaters here and there's room to drive straight through around back to turn around and the guys were very nice and prompt.

They have what you need and the knowledge to help you if needed. Far better than any box store, bring your $ here and be done the 1st time.

My experience with liberty Plumbing was awesome!!! Rob and Shawn were extremely helpful!!! There was another gentleman involved, sorry I didn’t get his name.
My mother had multiple issues throughout her home. They responded quickly and made them all better. Thanks for your help!!

If I could give them ten stars, I would. They helped me end a wild goose chase, finding two oddball sized flat washers for a janitorial mop sink.Saved my bacon!

Muy buen servicio y buena calidad. El precio también fue aceptable y vale la pena. Recomendado para cualquiera buscando a alguien que le pueda reparar su sistema rápido en días de frío.
