Constraction reviews in Jenison, Michigan

We just had Construction Kings LLC replace our deck for us on our Condo. They did an amazing joy to replace our deck and it was finished in 3 days. There are two young men doing the work and they are amazing in there job. I would highly recommend them to do the work. It is excellent. Here is a picture of our new deck.

I cannot say enough good things about Kam and Kai. We had a deck built by Construction Kings and it's absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch . These young men are professional, reliable and they make sure their work is done according to the codes. Without hesitation I would recommend them for any project you may have! Thanks so much guys we will think of you when we enjoy our beautiful deck!

Construction Kings LLC recently completed a new siding project on our home in Portland MI.

Due to some preexisting conditions of our older house, the prep work was more difficult and required some innovative thinking and expertise. Kam and Kai came up with a fantastic plan and brought it all together on time and on budget.

It’s a good sign when the owners are on site every day. These two owners of Construction Kings LLC were there all the way through and delivered a fantastic project.

We get compliments every day on the work from Kam and Kai. We recommend Construction Kings LLC to everyone.

They are very professional, honest, and are both exceptional tradesmen.

Anyone hiring them will be completely satisfied.

Great job on my old garage. I could not be happier. I highly recommend these guys, you will be taken care of like deserve to be!

The guys did a great job. So easy to get my husband out of the house now. Give them a call. You will be very happy with their work.

They did construction in Coopersville, they hauled out the topsoil in my yard and after words replaced it with soil with so much gravel that it hardly grows grass.

Great Company

Great management

Ha ran me off the road joke of a company

Have dashcam footage of one of their drivers on M-11 in front of the Meijer where the barrels narrow traffic into a single lane. Made zero attempt to properly merge or show any courtesy/right-of-way to the driver he forced into the left-turn lane in front of me. Not sure why these guys think they don’t have to obey the law as this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it...only the first time I have it recorded. Real pieces of work.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve left just the star reviews now I’m here to edit seeing the road hasn’t been touched in two weeks. They tore up our street on September 19th, left us one notice about it and zero timeline.
The first two weeks of them working it was super sporadic they would either start randomly at 5pm for some reason and then be back at 6am, then we wouldn’t see anyone for days.
Now seeing that it’s almost the end of October and we get a lot of rain this time of year cars are getting damaged and now there are huge holes appearing in the road because of all the rain recently. There has been one maybe two guys here occasionally moving dirt around or they come to take more equipment away. The road is worse than most dirt roads in Michigan and that’s saying something… I’ve also emailed this company and have yet to hear anything back. Also calls are never answered or then they just are hung up. Super unprofessional and I’m confused on why they would continue taking on more and more projects if they can’t be bothered to finish this one.

Locke street in Grandville looks like a warzone. Looks poorly organized. The whole set up is a major inconvenience for the residents of the neighborhood.

Absolute disgrace of a company they have no respect to grandville residents as they have been working on one road for 4 months with no progress what so ever
Employees blocking driveways and making the home owners late as the machines are in the way. The employees yelling at house owners having a pissy attitude.
The owners needs to just fire everyone or get rid of his business

I was driving down chicago drive behind one of their work trucks and was close to the truck because someone was on me and the person in the work truck was driving below the speed limit, the guy in the truck proceeded to put on his turn signal to cut across two lanes to get off chicago drive and flip me off and give me a face. i understand his frustration with me being close but the finger was plain unnecessary. this company needs to flush out people who treat others like that on the road.

I highly recommend ICS to anyone with a commercial project from smaller units to large warehouses.

Mike is great to work with. His attention to detail and the desire to get it right really shows. You can tell everything goes as planned and that he's very well organized. I highly recommend this company!

Berry Builds did a complete home renovation & remodel for us. The work was thorough and well done. They had suggestions regarding the floor plan and details which helped to make our home a beautiful, comfortable , & functional space! We love it!

All around a great team to work with! Luke and his team were professional, detail-oriented, and flexible collaborators . The sub contractors were solid and all worked with our schedule as much as possible to make the whole experience very smooth. Remodels can be stressful and we felt that we were in capable hands to keep things on track and worry at bay. Generally good people. We missed them hanging around when the project was finished :). More than a year later we love our ‘new’ bathroom so much - stellar result!

Top to bottom, everyone involved with Berry Build/Basements is personally invested, responsible, and takes great pride in their work! Outstanding experience with everyone involved from plan/design/estimate, to demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, tiling, cabinetry/hardware, flooring, painting, and cleanup (hope I didn’t forget anyone)!!!

Everyone who came into our home communicated what their schedule would be and let us know if there would be any change/deviation. Timeline provided was met and any change orders were incorporated seamlessly.

Our design vision for our master bathroom was accomplished and we love our new zero step entry shower which will allow us to age in place. We love everything about our new bathroom.

We had our main floor remodeled by Berry Builds, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Luke and David are so easy to work with—honest, dependable, and they really take pride in what they do. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and about making sure we were happy with every detail. The whole process went smoothly, and the results are even better than we hoped for. We’re beyond pleased and would definitely recommend them!

Great people to deal with, very knowledgeable.
