Electrical reviews in Jenison, Michigan

Dan came and got our generac working in the middle of a huge storm - 30 minutes after we called! Such fantastic service is truly appreciated and we will call him again when we need help.

Fantastic

Very informative..knowledgeable

They were here when they said, we right to work in about 6 hrs it was all hook up, cleaned up very nicely

I originally ordered my generator from another company back in October. After Waiting 3 months and numerous emails and phone calls, I decided to cancel the order.

I saw Chosen’s tv ad and decided to give them a call. Dan was unbelievably responsive and provided me with an estimate the same day I called. Shortly after my generator was professionally installed by Dan and his team.

I would recommend Chosen Electric to anyone considering a standby Generator in Western Michigan.

Nice

Great place for electrical supplies. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

Mark and Makayla are great to work with!

Every item I’ve gotten from them has been fine, that’s not the issue. My issue is the seemingly disgruntled staff. Customer service is not their forte. Very unwelcoming. It seems like every time I’m there it’s an inconvenience. The location is convenient but in the future I’ll just drive the extra five minutes and get the item elsewhere.

The girl at the front is always so kind and helpful! Mark however, could work on being more welcoming and have less of a bummy attitude. When I called with a question about a ballast, I felt like I was being talked down to and that my confusion wasn’t met with much patience. A friendlier approach would go a long way.

Tony told me he busy and gone, not even able to make simple estimate. I begin to think about his professionalism.

I highly recommend them. The administrative staff as well as the electricians were professional and just good people all around.
