Thank you Bauman Sprinkling! This is a small two-man operation that is VERY RESPONSIVE!. Their voicemail provides a cell number to text or leave a message. I texted and got a response that afternoon. I had installed a valve myself, but it wasn't working. They were able to fit me in their schedule right away during a drought. I recieved two reminder texts for my appointment and they came as promised when other companies were scheduled quite a bit out. Then when they came, the problem was diagnosed AND FIXED in minutes. In fact, they weren't even going to charge me even thought they made a stop at my house. Very honest. Super friendly and get you in quick! My neighbor recommended them to me and I certainly recommend them to you. Next problem I have, I'm calling them for sure.

Bauman replaced a faulty valve which was deeper than expected and surrounded by roots. They took the time to explain everything in detail and finished the job faster than expected which saved me money. Happy customer.

We recently had an issue with low pressure in our sprinkler system, and Bauman Lawn Sprinkling did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Ethan came out and quickly identified that the main line had been installed directly under a tree, which was restricting the flow. After providing a clear explanation and a fair quote, they came back within a week to reroute the main line and the problem was solved.

Even though the job required digging a new trench through some landscaping and the yard, they did a great job restoring the area afterward. I barely had to lift a finger to get things back to looking the way I like them.

What really stood out was the way they handled a small miscommunication about the work. Instead of pushing blame or brushing it off, they took full responsibility and addressed it without hesitation. That kind of accountability is rare and deserves recognition.

Art (the owner) was responsive and easy to work with on the administrative side, and every message or question I had was answered within a few hours.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but service like this is worth calling out. If you’re looking for a team that’s professional, reliable, and stands by their work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bauman Lawn Sprinkling.

Here are some photos of what to expect from a high price installation. An extension cord tacked to the wall. After the fact they advised they are not electricians. Initially they used a particle board to mount the controller. They did remount after I asked to remount with a piece of plywood I hand on hand. The company quoted approximately 12 zones, but only 9 were installed. I was advised price was the same because the same number of sprinkler heads were used. Additional issues involved cutting the electrical to the light post at the end of the driveway because I didn't have it marked. ....and holes left in my lawn. I am taking ownership to get the post electrical fixed and brought in additional dirt and seed to repair my lawn. I agree that I wasn't knowledgeable to mark the electrical to my post, however, no one looked out for the issue either. The company claims they tested the post wire, and it didn't register, but again, they also claim they are not electricians. Regarding the holes in my yard, they pointed out other holes in my yard to justify the holes that were left. This contractor does not look out for their customer. I do not recommend them. At the very least, I want to warn others to go with another company.

Art and Ethan do a Great job. They are reliable, thorough and professional. This is our second season working with them and I highly recommend them.
