Always an easy experience!

Called on July 4th due to AC being out. Service Manager was upfront about holiday surcharge and tried to walk me through fixes over the phone. Had to come out after all and was at my house within 2 hours. Fantastic service.

We had a great experience with Koetje Heating & Cooling. Billy was absolutely awesome. This was our first time with Koetje and they will be heating company from now on.

Furnace stopped functioning about 5:30 on Sunday night . . Called Koetje at 8:45 PM, the message was clear for emergency service and the cost. Opted to leave a voice message explaining situation and requested a call the next AM. It was 14 degrees outside (55 in the house the next morning). The technician was there at 8:15 Monday AM and had it fixed by 8:45 (exaust motor). The cost was reasonable, the employee was friendly, professional, competent and pleasant, quality of work great (completed a basic once over the unit since he was already there for no additional charge). Could not be happier and will be a customer for life. JB

Quoted $500 for a job Service Professor quoted $1900 for. Service Professor was pushing me to a whole new Furnace/AC for over 10K when Koetje said I only needed a replacement part.

We had a fire in our basement. Through insurance claim, Koetje gave us a quote significantly lower than a popular competitor. They were professional and did an excellent installation. We have had no problems!

We were in need of having our furnance worked on ASAP because it had stopped working and the outdoor temp. was
9 degrees. We called them around 8:30am and a technician was at our home within 2 hours and had it fixed within a 1/2 an hour.

Koetje Heating & Cooling installed my system in the new house I purchased. I’ve contacted them a couple times for registration if my unit as well as purchasing and installing a WiFi thermostat. Every interacting has been friendly and prompt. They will be back soon to install the A/C unit and I have complete confidence that it will be done well.

I can't speak highly enough of Koetje Heating & Cooling. They have serviced my HVAC systems in three houses over 7 years and have always done a fantastic job. Billy in particular is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, it's always a pleasure to work with him.

I don’t know where to start with Don and Billy at Koetje H&C. They came recommended from a friend, but I did not expect such great value and outstanding service, which I have found difficult to locate in this industry. They installed a new furnace for me 9 years ago and I updated to a WiFi thermostat very recently . That created an issue as I was bringing the house back to temp each morning. Billy was able to work me in to the schedule the same day and also was able to figure out the issues, which ended up being a manufacturer warranty item. My bill for the service was very reasonable, and honestly I cannot recommend strongly enough. This team is honest to a fault and it is a pleasure to work with.

Dan was great. He came out the day I had an issue with my AC. With his expertise he was able to determine a component was left in our central air unit by the original installer which was blocking air flow to the cooling coils. In a manner of an hour we were up and running with much better air flow than before. Recommend these guys.

I called Koetje to service our furnace since they were the company that installed it back in 2013 through our builder. They sent a technician out to go over the error codes it was showing and he determined that the fan speed was too low and the gas pressure was too high. After making the adjustment he tested the system and called it good. That was on September the 26th. After going through a unusually warm three weeks of October in which the furnace was not used, it started the same symptoms so I called them back and was told our home is now out of their service area. After questioning this new policy the new owner assured me he would call me back that afternoon to try to find a solution. He never called back! So in a nut shell they don't hirer experienced technicians and with that they don't back their work. If you are considering this company for service do yourself a favor and find a company that stands by their work. Lastly, if the rating system had an option for zero stars, they would get that.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! We just finished building a new house in December and used Koetje as that is what our builder recommended. We have had Koetje back out to our house 3 separate times to finish setting up our a/c unit and then to fix it. After they assured us yesterday that it was “good to go”, we turned our air back on for it to only work about 6 hours before it stopped working once again. My husband has made several calls to the owner who never seems to know what the problem is or have a solution to fix it- nor does he care to make it a priority to come same day even though we have a newborn and two other small children inside a now solid 78 degree humid house! Hoping to get a solution soon but definitely will not be recommending them to anyone and highly suggest you find someone else as well.
