Servpro did a great job of cleaning up my basement after a heavy rain flooded it I had 9 large fans and a huge dehumidifier that ran for 3 days to dry things up. They came daily to check for moisture. They respected my property and belongings and were very professional. I highly recommend them. Rick was outstanding as he came daily to check for moisture and even changed his schedule to accommodate mine. I highly recommend Servpro!!

Aqua Link's team is kind, personable, and professional. They are prompt in their communication and response. They provide honest quotes for projects and give you clear options to consider (regarding pool maintenance). They have serviced our in-ground pool for two summers, replaced auto covers, and painted/did structural maintenance on both our pool and in-ground hot tub. I would highly recommend leveraging their services and team.

I chose SevPro because they were recommended by someone I trust. The crew showed up, completed the work they were hired to do, and the technician himself was friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, on the way out, they damaged a door frame that wasn’t part of the job. The technician apologized, and when the owner called, I explained that I would pay once the damage was repaired. Instead of simply fixing the area they damaged, the contractor they use for repairs seemed frustrated that I only wanted the damaged section repaired rather than additional work.

After that, I didn’t hear anything for over 60 days. During that time, I started receiving past-due payment notices, even though the repair still hadn’t been completed. When I contacted the office, I was told the delay wasn’t SevPro’s responsibility because it was their repair contractor’s fault.

From my perspective, if a company damages something during a job, it’s their responsibility to make sure it’s repaired promptly and to communicate with the customer. The original work was good, but the way the damage claim and billing were handled left me disappointed.

Clayton always does a great job and I love it that he edges it and cleans it up and always makes it look good. I would highly recommend them if you need some help.

They use spam text for soliciting as a way to get around no soliciting laws. A company that disregards my rights being on a no soliciting list with a loop hole is an untrustworthy company.

Reply: you lie or don't research your hired companies. I have verified that I am on the non soliciting list since 2004 and do not need to reapply. I'm sick of companies using this loophole. I'm sick of getting texts from lawn Care, window service and roofers. So until you clean up your ways, you're going to get one stars.

They killed a lot of our plants and trying to cancel is terrible. We have called and cancelled on 4 separate occasions, and they continue to call to say they're coming. Harassment.

Didn't kill the weed as promised came out 3x and weeds are doing fine wont even come out and look last time they sprayed the yard in the RAIN how dumb is this They said they couldn't satisfy me anyway $58 for a incomplete job Well what do you expect from a F rating from the BBB
