AC stopped working during a string of hot days. Blower motor died. They came out same day (hours of calling) to take a look. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a fair quote. Motor was repaired efficiently and AC is back on. Evwn checked up the following day to make sure it was still okay. Would highly recommend.

Jim did it again for me in my new home. 30+ year old furnace and he got it up and running. I have called Jim at Accurate Mechanical for my furnace and hot water heater needs for the last 3 years and won't stop now. Accurate Mechanical should definitely be your first call. Jim’s the usual guy at our condo but I wouldn’t waste the money again. The first time he didn’t notice that the AC was out, and the second time he left me to attach my own replacement thermostat.
Both times he charged $100 for a 5 minute visit. That’s $200 for ten minutes and I still had problems both times. I did get my AC working myself with his instructions but now that it’s on it seems like it’s barely functional. He should have checked that when he was here.

Yearly furnace check by Matt Bates. He found an issue. But instead of replacing the part, he tried cleaning it, found a spider web creating a blockage, and now hey presto it works! Great explanation, evidence, and service.

Matt is the BEST! Our air conditioning went out during the heat wave and while we wait for installation for a new air conditioner, he made a temporary patch on our dysfunctional air conditioner that will get us through until the new one arrives. He is a lifesaver because we have severe allergies and needed our air flowing. He’s a great asset to the Sullivan company.

Hey Don, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had with Sullivan Cooling and Heating. I was really hoping to get a quote from you guys, but after a total of three hours of my time, I still don't have one.
I understand that you were given two lower bids, but I still expected to receive a quote from you. The fact that you didn't even provide one, even after I followed up twice, feels unprofessional and was a complete waste of my time. I had high hopes for your company, but this experience has unfortunately changed my mind. I'm now going to have to look elsewhere for a contractor who will provide me with a quote and a more professional experience.

Everything got done in one day. Jordan and Matt replaced my A/C unit and added newer safer systems. They were very helpful in being informative about everything they did and carried themselves very politely through my home. Would call Sullivan for any of my heating and cooling needs again!
